A G60 with Storm interior

Cool!!!! I'll be getting mine from the dealer then. They have the cool machine where they type the number in and it prints it out. Mega cheap too. Winner! 8)

It that a twin turbo or a turbo and a supercharger? Or am I again talking utter pants?

looks like someone was going to do it before me :(

They could be Keskin K5's or something similar -
Just under £27 for two plates from Halfords if you get standard lettering and plate background I think. Then about £1.70 for the self-adhesive pads. I think

On the right of the top pic the sensor has a flat disc. The spade connector slides over it a locks into place. You might have to change the spade connector but you might be ok.

Had a guy come in to my work to show off some of the subs his company makes and they look fantastic. Check out the website http://www.shadowworks.co.uk some of the subs are mad. Particularly the goliath which is a MONSTER! Check it out NOW. Prices are not too bad either compared to what you think. If you are inrerested, drop them an e-mail asking for a price list. The guy's name is Troy and is brand new.

I'm pretty sure beavis on here (from psd) can make you up a set for a bit cheaper. Drop him a PM and ask him what the damage is for the set. I've not personally got a set from him (still using std lines) but I've heard they are very good. Hope this helps mate 8)

g-man does something similar too. drop him a pm or do a search for blanking plate or similar

Anyone made their own switchblade key with an OE immobiliser
biggrim replied to stormseeker's topic in Engine Bay
Did anyone find out about using the switchblade with a Clifford alarm? Would love to have a flip key thingy and my clifford working from the buttons on the remote. -
No doubt a wire coat hanger or a half brick  I'll ask my mate and see what he says about it. Tis a good question.
-
what side is it mate? I might be able to sort you out with one.

I also have late door cards in an early car but can't remember it's done. I helped out bigpants baby with the same problem a few months back, he might still have the PM's I sent on his computer. If you send him a PM, he might be able to forward them to you or indeed tell you straight up as he has only done this recently. Hope this helps mate, it can be done! 8)

DOH! My bad matey. Getting confused a little here. Sorry

Could be the vent-type bit under the dash coming from the engine bay. Somethime it gets clogged up and water gets in to places where it really shouldn't.

Escher's work is fantastic! I remember in 3rd year art at school getting one of his books out and being amazed by his sketches.

I thought it was ceramic disks you could get? Or can you also get ceramic pads now? :?

Cheers guys. Only going for the boost/vac and the volt gauge for now. Still undecided but swaying towards either Z-series or sport comp as they're fairly similar in style. 20 PSI it is then 8)
-
I hope these work As I say, I'm not sure if 20psi or 30psi will be required for my G60 but that's really the three sets I'm interested in. Opinions please

Nice one mate. looks 8)

I think I've narrowed it down to 3 types: - Ultralite Z-series Procomp Any suggestions or alternatives?

Hey everyone, quick question for you all. A friend of mine is going to the U.S.A at the start of July and I was thinking of getting him to pick me up a couple of autometer gsuges. I want to replace my boost gauge and voltmeter so will be getting 2 the same but I don't know what type I should go for. Are autometer gauges any good and what are the alternatives. Have a look on http://www.autometer.com and give me your opinions please. So many to choose from but can't make my mind up. Will eventually get an A/F gauge and something else but at the mo the boost/vac (in psi) and volt are needing swapped. Also, what reading will be adequate for the boost/vac gauge, 20 psi, 30psi??? Hope to hear your opinions soon, thanks

4 wheel digital alignment in the Paisley/Glasgow area????
biggrim replied to quikstu's topic in General Car Chat
Star Performance mate! Not exactly local but in my experience the best quality of work. Well worth the drive IMHO. -
COuld I be awkward and say to go for the late-spec 50mm one? Other than that, I prefer the std 90mm. The others will not like speedbumps at all 8)

thanks for the comments guys, I appreciate it. Not as extreme a makeover as Jay's or other peoples but makes all the difference to me. Can't wait to get the inside complete to a stage that I'm happy with for now. 8)
