both vr6 alt' were on my old vr's and worked fine, the 16v one is still on the car and will check that its outputting voltage but shouldnt see why it wouldnt be. Oxford is not on my typical route, so cant drop it off unfortunately. I'd have to check postage as these are heavy to send.
-
ive got one and 2 vr6 alternators too. £25 for the 16v and £35 for the others. all plus postage of roughly £10. where are you based?
-
i guess this is what caused you issue Mike?
-
I disagree, the going price for 2nd hand door handles ranges from £30-35 each so thats pretty much covered the tumbler kit and doesn't included the costs for the boot lock, glove box and ignition. I've got a full set of lock/keys if they are still required. are we talking the lot? or just doors, boot? I need to check but i recall that I have two sets of different keys so may not all work off one key, again depends on what your trying to do Owen
-
Why are you replacing all the locks Owen? I'm sure it would be allot easier (and cheaper) to re tumble?
-
? Are you selling them already?
-
talking about looms, have you got the pin outs for the ECU, or even the complete r32 wiring diagram Mr Fishwick? I've tried looking for these and havent had much luck. VW_OwneR_85, if you want to know more, check out the forums wiki page. there's a complete how to guide.

-

Loved the shots from the rear seats!
-
maybe try fitting the pass door handle to the drivers side and see if it still plays up? did the passenger side handle lock the car before the swap?
-
what did you pay for the others? just so i know what to ask for, for these
-
All are fitted with matching Toyo Proxies and are all with decent thread except for one.
-
by the time i got home it was pitch black and this morning i was late for work so will have to try and get pics for you tonight instead. sorry about that

Ive got these for sale http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?60328-Project-Q Where abouts are you?

I missed it too mate, I couldnt wait for the repeat so ended up using iplayer. I found it quite a good episode, and the special guest was ace (not sure on his car design touches though!)

I use HD velcro, been perfect since fitted and are way better than the sticky pads. I did also buy some plate clips/surround but I found that these didnt sit in the car recess very well so just stuck those on the Audi and look fine. No issue with MOT, but prob just lucky. ---------- Post added at 12:44 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:43 PM ---------- just to add, teh velcro is great too as it allows for plates swapping for shows. I just use a flat spatula to separate the hook and loops.
