Just got your message about the oil line. I had a local company make one up so Ill try and dig the details out but it may take a while as I will be away for a week or so soon.

yup, used ebay.de a few times and I dont even speak German! Ended up google translating everything! I checked with the sellers before bidding as some may not want to have the hassle of shipping parts abroad. As already mentioned, Paypal isnt so regular over there but alway made sure my dealings went through sellers that had it as I felt a little more secure. Not sure what back ups there are with bank transfers (depending on your bank the bank transfers to accounts abroad normally cost you to do)

I didnt think this prevented water getting behind the dash, I have one on the car, if I can figure out how to take it off Ill let you know.

I prefer with the trim tbh. just take the flakey rubber off the trim to make it look neat. Cheapest and best option imo

Spent today taking the system off to be able to have a proper look and all the system and all seems in very good condition. Gave it all a prod with a screw driver and couldnt see any holes etc. The back box is a powerflow SS jobbie, but I think you only wanted the larger silencer section? I've attached pictures for reference. here it is prior to removal

tbh this is ending up to be quite expensive as there is the gauge, led, needles costs and its getting close to £200 for it all. Initially I thought these were going to be at a lower price so now I think I will pull out. sorry mate, just dont have that amount of spare cash at mo and to make it work all the bits need to be bought.

Nope, am going OEM+. What gave you the impression that I was going space frame? My hope is to do the whole lot myself, including, cutting, welding, engine mods etc so I cant point you to the right people for engine mods sorry. I reckon you'll be finished before me as I struggle to find enough time in the week to get anything done. Ill keep you posted about those parts we discussed. Hopefully will have an answer by monday.

yes you can, handles and switches change but fairly simple to do the wiring. iirc the wiki has the details.

let me try and check it this weekend, will try and get pics too. iirc the back box is not OEM but the rest should be. price wise no idea. £70?
