I have a glass sunroof from a passat estate in my rado but the front is slightly higher than the back, how do i adjust this? is there a screw to adjust or something? I found a search result which and it states that I should put washers under the sunroof bolts but rather do the adjusting properly if possible ta

colour doesnt matter. I had my blue led from stock. Maplin will have them. Suppose if you wanted you could just put a bulb back in. but i thought the led's will last longer. hope this helps. i remember when i had this problem i thought cr@p the abs is stuffed looks like ££££!!! but all it cost was a cheap led lol

i used a 12v led bulb just to make do. When you put an led in make sure its the right way around due to the fact they need to have the right polarity. ie if u but the led into the circuit and it doesnt light up try it with the wires wired up differently. I sed a blus one and it shines through fine, but dont realy like the look of it so may put a red one in

does that mean new linkage or just tightening? does the linkage come off any other car?

im wondering either the pressure on the blades is too high or the linkage to the wipers may be loose

oh well guesse ill have to just wire it up to the alarm then, no worries.

well it'll help with downforce and cornering :) when i get chance ill wrie it so i can use the wiper switch but only when ign is off. and link it to my alarm

is the relay for the boot wiper different to the front wipers? does anyone know which realy i should use?

ive hooked my boot lock to a solenoid so i can open the boot from inside the car. Ive hooked it up to the cars old rear wiper feed. only problem is the boot tries to unlock multiple times, can i make it so when i press the wipe button (boot realease) it only sends a single feed?

Ive got some aero wipers and i find them quite noisy. they seem to "slap" when they change direction, does anyone else find this? Anyway of making them less noisy?

only problem i have with them is that they arent as bright as standard items. doesnt matter really because theres a map reading light too which i can use. Looks great at night.

dont worry Blinky16v, I have done it all now. I had the lights and switches just couldnt fit it all in to the early type light surround but now I shave got the later one it fits a treat. I used the passats lights and sunroof surround in fact ill go take pics

just converted my sunroofs 3 wire control to 6 wires. got it working fine, just need to wire the auto closure wire up to my car. Which wire do i need to attatch this to? Im guessing theres an auto close feed that comes from the central locking, but i dont know which one this is. also which wire tells the central locking to supply the auto close feed? thanks

always thought that bonus accelerator scheme was a bit dodgy. You do get your bonus quicker although, it works out more per month in the first place. Suppose you have to look at how much you will be saving in the following year to see if it was worth it.
