I've only used interparcel (google it) they will pick up and drop off to any location and use any of the big names. Also parcel force they will also collect and drop off. If you look through the yellow pages and ring round as a private individual most won't deal with you direct as you don't have an account. use the above and you should be okay.... you just need the weight and the size of the package to be delivered and the 2 addresses / postcodes / contact numbers, then it's easy to arrang on the interweb.

thanks KIP.... will give it ago later it's the origional, never been removed (well i haven't in my ownership since 1997). It's just rather grey where I've washed the car too much :D

Yes it was bought from a VW dealer in the UK in C.2001.... I knew I bought one 10 years ago but only just found it ! Quality hoarding matey, was gonna ask the same too as i thought they were obsolete. Just pull it towards you to remove Assume only a pull with the finger required to break the blue clips ... no screwdriver needed....

I have a new one and some blue clips.... any tips for the removal of the old without damaging it..... I'm guessing once removed the old blue clips just fall inside and i need to catch them... Assume new clips are pressed in from the outside of the car because i can't see any way of putting them on blind from the inside of the boot.

Looks a tidy example with some nice extras..... I would like to think it's worth that much :D but not sure these day's. It's worth as much as your willing to pay for it, especially with the recaros. Be very cautious giving his feedback on the audi he sold. I'd be very cautious about buying a rado off ebay for that sort of money... especially as i looked at a storm years ago that had been clocked. a quick phone call to a dealer confirmed it had done an extra 65K

it makes me sad seeing all these corrado's being scrapped.... but i guess eventually it's going to be the only way non wearing parts are going to be replaced... long live the Rado :D Mines coming to the stage where a few things need replacing. only ever had an abs sensor / set of front bearings / pads / and discs and a set of tyres since new. I tried to get an orig exhaust last year for mine and was told that there was only 2 left in the country for a VR. And rear badges are a No No... bought an old one and currently experimenting with spraying it up chrome. -
a pillar trim are obsolete, just to let you know!!

My Toyota's accelerator pedal gets stuck down and the car races to 140mph and I can't stop it. Should they really issue me with a speeding ticket ? :norty:
-
Agree... it's a load of tosh.... what car hasent had a recall... I believe the rado VR had 2 recalls ! And I'm guessing it's not toyota's part involved it's the OEM contractors.

-
thanks.... with a bit more research on that site found the head unit listed with the correct ISO lead.
-
I've been given a stereo. It's a sony which would of been fitted into a rado in 1996. it's got no leads with it....... can i buy a set of ISO leads from say ebay / halfords for a sony and expect the plug to fit in the back ??? or do different sony head units come with different plug fittings in the back.... or would a trip to maplins see me better.

where's the switch to turn the boot light off.... is it the plunger on the tailgate on the left hand side of the lock ?? because when i press it in expecting the light to go out it stays on. however when i shut the tailgate the light goes out. wanted to leave the tailgate open today to get some air in the car but had to remove the bulb so the light stayed off. not that there would be much battery drain
