was thinking this too... don't think I have a clip. does this clip fit over the 2 pegs one end and the single peg the other ? http://wiki.the-corrado.net/image_hspic7.html edit.. I don't have this clip its different... just 2 lugs driver wing side and a single one pass wing side.... may try an prize the plastic bit up later it looks a tight fit in the hole.

true... might look into it my mate owns a foam manufacturing business. will take a template before fitting it. if I can work out how... without any damage...

cheers jim..... just ordered one. but the clips as suggested in wiki are obsolete.... for those thinking about doing this job only 9 gaskets left in VW warehouse now.

yup this gasket.... not too sure how to get the window trim off without breaking either the window or the trim.... it looks like its been taken off before to change a window as a few bits look broken... looks like its held down with a double sided foam pad. its a Pilkington screen so yes its been changed in the past.

okay up date spoke to vw gaskets seals £6.21 + VAT all trim clips obsolete. can you fit a new gasket without the trim clips ?

How about a bus pass.. On a serious note, I don't think you can do "fun to drive" for 2k and not expect problems... Something like a Ford Focus with cheap parts, I know it will be Mr average car but it's practical. -

A twiddle with the heated seat switch stopped the buzz... Any ideas what's wrong ? Do I need a new relay seats do warm up. Can you buy new relays. Why is it whining. I can't have hot seats all the time to stop the whine.

It's def something inside the rear pass door card. Would it be anything to do with heated seats.

mines just only happened like this in the last month... this hot weather made the inner edge go very sticky... and every time I take the car cover off now a bit falls off...

Chuggs this is why people take a Stanley knife to it. I must clean the polish off the sunroof seal :)

Just noticed a electrical high pitch whine from the passenger rear quarter, when the ignition is on. Any ideas what electrical delights I might find behind the pass rear door card, that might make this noise.. And what's the cure.

Chuggs if you look in this clip of Karmnnski development so far... It's the flappy bit of the right that fails... Which yours is now missing... Don't worry 90 percent of corrado are like this now mines just started to fall apart. Yes easy to change remove from the rear and pull up, guess your spend more time polishing than fitting new.

Will be good to see how they come out... Looks like someone has already cut your inner lip off with a Stanley knife, mines just starting to crack and fail.

Think the norm is to use butyl tape. Have a search on door membrane lots on it.
