ah cool, useful to know
-
2. would have thought that each one would have a different fuel pressure delivery
-
yeah i wouldn't think it'd be the most efficient way of charging the battery. it'd work fine, but not as good as connecting it straight onto the battery
-
The KR Cam is a lot more rounded up to the top of the 'point' compared to the 9a
-
Out the factory they should be '136BHP'....Mine made 147 (standard) at the last rolling road day at stealth.
-
 you're not alone matey!
-
Done many a time ole chum....
-
..that is why i'm having problems sleeping recently! People don't want to hear about our late night bedroom activities.... No we don't! Could you please continue this conversation via PM
-
Ahhh, you know i always thought that the should be something there!
-
Should just pull out, but is a real git to get back in
-
Well that depends on your budget.....if either is an option then it has to be a turbo. Have a look through the 16 forced induction thread.
-
More to the point, how come the 'sexy' cheek a whole 2 inches lower than the 'miss' one?!!
-
Have a look in the car care sub section of this forum....loads of tips in there. Don't bother with T-cut as super resin polish is the same but better...i usually polish mine every time i wash it, but then i'm just a tart.
-
Also I don't know what you mean by 'a hole at the bottom'? According to the diagram the only hole is the outlet for the coolant into the rest of the system......
-
ETOS doesn't list any separate parts for it... New tank part number - 021 121 407 - £27.96 inc VAT Oh and really don't bother with the Halfords caps. Cap part number - 1H0 121 321 C - £6.85 inc VAT

It is indeed. The main issue is that we had to turn the calliper onto the line as we couldn't fit it to the calliper first, which mean that the 12 year old brake hose is now twisted at funny angles.
-
Yes.....i did think it was looking like that was the only way :(
-
Picture for reference!

Hi all, I installed a pair of G60 brakes on to my car last night but have had to re-use the old flexi hoses as we couldn't get the damn nuts undone! Has anyone got any magical techniques for undoing ones that are stuck hard?? Cheers
-
Installed some G60 brakes last night with the help of Supercharged! All went well but we weren't able to change the flexi hoses as the union nuts where jammed, so as a very temporary measure we've used the old ones!!
-
Many thanks to Dnac for a cheap set of shocks! Communicated well and delivered when promised.
-
The connection, as in the plug, is too the back of the engine bay low down on the left side.......
-
It will be a real git to get out out if its been in there for a long time. For the sake of maybe £10 i would probably take it to an exhaust fitters as they would have the correct tools and heat.
-
As would I.....the other thing is that the VR and Valver slams are different
-
Well this is what VW say anyway and they will always understate what it actually is. At the last RR day my completely standard 9a made 147bhp.
