  2. It's been written about before, purpletom did it and detailed a lot, fairly sure there is a guide too. I've got this to do at some point too. If no one else posts the info, I'll find it once I'm home :)

  5. Check the fuse for the spoiler as that is the same one that controls the fuel in some way......spoiler blows and car won't start. Number 15 I think

  7. I'm not at home until tomorrow, but I do have a spare white mirror. Just unsure which side it is. I'll check once I get home and if it's the correct one I'll send it your way
  8. Welcome to the forum mate, there is loads written on the fault you have with various potential causes/fixes. Have a read at this for a start, then go to advanced search and type 2.0 16v idle into it and you'll find plenty to look at http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?t=35823&highlight=2.0+16v+kangaroo
  9. http://wiki.the-corrado.net/ignition_switch_replacement.html
  10. It should just pull out, just checked on one I took off a golf vr, which I'm guessing is the same/very similar
  11. Just wait until we arrive for cake
  12. Not sure this will be of any help but I'll tell you anyway. When I had my 9a 16v it was, for a long time a horrible drive due to idling issues. I changed fuel pump, metering head,ISV,leads, coil, dizzy, throttle body and still it played up, sometimes it would be ok but others it was a nightmare. I found the fault by chance. The wires on the plug for the throttle potentiometer had split inside the plastic sheath(2 of the 3) and as soon as I fixed them it ran perfectly. So, you may well have an unknown wiring fault that's not visible . As I said probably of no help but it may be worth checking the state of the wires especially at the plugs?

    Headlights

You'll more than likely need an updated headlight loom. If you look in the breaking area, Goldie has a couple for sale, both unused as far as I'm aware. They make a huge difference to the lights :) Here you go http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?t=88361
  14. They are if it's pics of the Gin loving ladies ;)
  15. I was in the garage at the time and had a tape measure to hand. Pop over anytime mate and don't be worrying about a little lacquer peel, at least it's on the road, which is better than mine :)
  16. Just logged on and saw the mobile site, thought it was my phone playing up lol, found the full site button and everything went back to normal. All previous issues seem to be away too. I'll look again at mobile site later . Great work as always, much appreciated :)
