    I chased a poor running/bad idle for ages on my old valver (9a) and found the cause by fluke, 2 of the 3 wires were split for the throttle potentiometer (TPS) which is attached to the throttle body, my issue was that the plastic sheathing was still ok so it looked fine. Once I repaired the wires it ran great......made me wish I hadn't replaced the ISV,fuel pump,metering head,leads,plugs etc etc :lol:

    Fairly sure the guarantee doesn't cover moving parts

    I'd say it's far more likely, in fact almost a certainty that your heater matrix is burst, no power to be gained by the driver being cold as far as I'm aware :) Welcome along though, and if you can wield some tools you'll be able to sort it, there is a good guide on here, with decent pictures

    Happened to me once after a big puddle incident, popped the bonnet and the coil pack was having its own wee firework display. Needed a new coilpack which was fine as I had one sitting

    I use my phone/iPad 99.9% of the time so it's of no stress to me, only letting it be known so Andi knows.

    Also with sky, using their fibre service these days, so speed not an issue

    I tried chrome there instead of Firefox and it's quicker for sure......still super fast on iPad/iPhone

    Same for me on the desktop and the laptop,to the point it just hangs until there is a time out, but very quick on iPhone and iPad?

    Hi Andi, It still happens when I use the link you provided, I'm using my iPhone 5 with latest software update done, tried on safari and Google chrome, at work I'm using wifi from BT and at home I'm on SKY. Exact same on iPad. I'm afraid I don't know how to clear my internet cache on this? Oh, and I wont download any anti advert software:)
