Fkn idiot. As corozin said, I'd be ashamed to know the guy. And as someone else pointed out, he should be sat down with people who've suffered a bereavement through idiots like this. If that were me i'd feel like tearing my licence up. Tosser.

The sender in the tank's a bit wierd like that, you'll find that the gauge drops as you brake too. My dials stick a little, give em a tap and they seem ok...

Treated mine to a late G60 steering wheel...

I'll just nip over there, the No.39 to Wolverhampton stops in Knoxville IIRC.

Good luck! Owning the C AND saving money is a trick I haven't quite managed to pull off yet!! The C looks good by the way, and welcome to the forum!

Gotta say i like both, barons G looks sweet on the 7.5's, but Greeny, they look the nuts. I'd have 7.5's front and 9's rear i reckon. Ooh by the way Greeny, if the darkside gets ya, how much will the rims be goin for... (sorry for the hijack)

Sounds a bit steep to me TBH, I recently had all 4 corners done and 4 wheel laser alignment for £120, using VAG bearings... Cheers to Jodi at Midland VW for that.... (May have been discounted a little though as I've spent about £1k there in the past 6 months....)

My 16v never spins in 2nd or 3rd. Swaps??

With a big enough drop i reckon they'd look good. You'd (probly) be the only one on here with em on. You've gotta fit em and post some pics with the rubber on....

Mines a flip down sony face off. On mine you flip the front down using the release button on the front(top right of face on mine), then hold the face and push to the right, allowing the sprung hinge to release from the left side. HTH

Definitely Foose. His skill at the drawing board is unreal. So, was Mike the dude who's mouth never moved? Was gonna make a joke about him but never knew it was from an accident he'd had...

Think so mate, the early ones were just the key (no chip) as far as i know...

Couldn't find my keys this mornin, so went and got my spare with the intention of finding the others when i returned from work. Got out to the car only to find the bloody spare doesnt fit either door lock (or the boot)!! So i've been shafted on the spare when i bought the car. (should've checked i know). So, is there anything i need to know in order to get a spare cut from the one useful key i do have? My original set promptly materialised in the mrs's handbag!! Thanks in advance...

I bought a Sony CDX-GT300 earlier this year for my C, really nice sound thru JBL 6x9's in the rear shelf, 2 preamp outs and another seperate pre-amp for the sub (which can be set independantly from the main volume levels) plays MP3, WMA and Sony's Atrac format (not used that yet tho) 4x50 rms so plenty of output if your not gonna use an amp. About £130 quid so not a bad price either. Oh and it comes with a remote control for if you've got extremely short arms.

£35 from GSF iirc... Mech parts are various costs. I enquired in an earlier thread about these... http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic. ... highlight= Sorry about the long link. Still not tried the link shortener...

I'd go for a brand new motor, as i tried the cheap fix of a used one off ebay about a month ago, the motor turned out worse than the original! So done it all again with a brand new motor (GSF), and new linkages from VW. What a difference...

Voted.... for the volvo.

Lookin good mate, the de-badge makes a massive difference.

So can the drain points be accessed by tilting the roof then removing the panel lining? As i keep getting a wet footwell, but thought you had to slide the sunroof back (which mine refuses to do) in order to access the drain points. Sorry for the thread hijack btw...

Well at least someone else kicked the dogs teeth out for you. Saves you the hassle/new shoes...
