Is that not like saying its a bit easier to climb Everest with oxygen? From what I have read its quite the beggar of a job...there's a thread around from the last few days with a massive list of stuff needed to do. But then if you're going to pay a garage to do it its gonna cost a shed load in labour.

Sweet...is that a V1 or V9? I take it you're running around 280/290 now? Also did you find a good sprayer in Surrey?
-
Took me a sec to see the difference, but yeah! Could even ditch the DDIs for this. You emailed them?

So is a monk rolling in mud, but I don't tell him not to. ;)

Thanks :)

I saw something else that said Shell V-Power was better than BP Ultimate. Think they rolling roaded a Scooby. Anyway, I always use Shell 98, if not then some other 98+ fuel, I never go for 96...ptooie! *spits in disgust*
-
I'll take that as a "Yes" then
-
Do you sit in traffic a lot? As your mpg will go down - no miles travelled but still burning fuel.
-
I have noticed those words appearing together quite a lot. Are they a bunch of cowboys then?

Personally I don't think 195s look wide enough, you might be better off with 205/45, though the sidewall is 5mm smaller.
-
They're 195 45. A bit small for my liking, I've just bought some ContiSport2s 205 50, which is quite a big difference in sidewall size - 20mm iirc. I'm not sure whether it will look good or not and what issues I'll have with rubbing. I'll just have to suck it and see, if I don't like it I can always wang them on my Speedies for a bit.
-
Yeah, its disgraceful tbh...you could have had a horrendous accident because of it. I take it FK don't state anything in their leaflet. Trading standards?
-
That's pretty cack, how much are new collars? Does it make it worth replacing them every year or two?
-
I'm guessing he's in therapy.

What a legend you are...my dremel's rusted so much it won't let me change the attachments, this will do nicely. :salute:

Sounds interesting. Do tell us more. Haha...it only part of what i do but it involves lots of paperwork all over my desk and the floor which enables me to look busy all the time when in reality I'm surfing the web. That's a good job. Better than trying to sell Korean sh!tpits anyway.

Did not Mr Boost Monkey work for a Lambo team last summer?

Technically that's not true...cheques should be unpaid before they have cleared or at the most one or two days afterwards. Same with transfers. The only exceptions are fraud (stolen/fake cheques not scams) or if its the banks fault (money gone to wrong account). If its out of timeframe its up to the clearing bank to decide whether the money is refunded or not. Even then, we have to make sure the funds are there before we take the money back out of your account. So to summarise, if its been over 4 working days since the cheque cleared it is very hard to unpay. Guess what I do for a living? Yep, unpay cheques and direct debits.

Just waiting for the connectors mate, hopefully they'll be waiting for me when i get home.

Yeah, make sure the required pecuniaries have been remitted.

*dons flamesuit* aren't Audi's just expensive VWs anyway?
-
VR mate, sorry. Late interior, thanks anyway.
-
yeah it gives me the hump. i recently fixed mine only to discover that the contact on the dials are not good so i can only get 3 and 4. and maybe 2 if i wiggle it about a bit. so its either boiling or freezing in my car.
