  1. Mine at the moment. Would like to replace the blue samco's with black and maybe get a BMC or modded stock airbox to fill the space.

205's on mine. Ultimately if I had to decide between the two it would still be the TH2's/ I also got my Racelogic. Have had a proper read through the fitting instruction and it doesnt seem that bad at all, so long as your handy with a soldering iron.

    New wheels are finally on.
  4. Problem is when your going slow or stationary the temps will rise very quickly will they not? To me thats worse than having a slightly higher running temp.
  5. If it were me Id probably buy the whole car and just fettle the engine and plonk it back in the R.

I remember him and the Mk1. It was a lovely car. I love the series 1 Exiges. I will own one, just not at the moment.

If anyone see's me near an Elise kill me  . I cannot get rid of this sucker.
  8. 650bhp so I was told :salute: . The noise when it spools is worth it alone.
  9. Looks good, get them silver though. Awsome wheels. :norty:
  10. Sorry mate but sod the car, get the Lightning on the go!!! I heard they werent allowed to fly in the UK anymore :( .
  11. 2.8 24v 2wd versions are selling for about £4k. Id add £750 for an R32 and £750-£1k for the 4wd conversion so I reckon about £5.5k.
  12. I had set of them on first ever car. I still think the Brabus 3 spoke are cool.
  13. Im pretty sure the weather will be no where near as bad as last year but they do still perform v.well in cold damp conditions. Still got mine from last year, to annoy you I picked up basically brand new ones in 16in flavour for £120 for the 4. Avon's is what I have and there fine. TBH I think any of them will be better than the best of the normal tyres.
  14. Thats the Dalhback Polo. RWD with about 900bhp IIRC, god knows what happened to it.
  15. Its well known in the US that for bike magazines they very rarely say if anything is not any good, not sure if the motoring press over there is the same. Im not blinkered enough to think there wouldlnt be a lot in it, M3 just edging it. Would that M3 be set up for the American market as well i.e. slight suspension / geometery difference from the European market. Having driven a lot of american cars through work they have god awful interiors, thats where the money is saved IMO.
  16. Could maybe cut the standard caps down till just before they interfere with the dust caps then look at bonding something on that matches the OD of the hole left? You can then get stickers made up to that size with VW or whatever you want. In fact I'll give it a go with mine.
  17. This is not a standard application so I doubt your car has this fuse.
  18. Whats wrong with a good dicht with a cloth, they will be easy as hell to clean. I got the chrome caps, if anyone wants mine let me know.
  19. Im speaking about yank V8's. Astons V12 sound better than its V8 IMO.
  20. Strangely they do nowt for me. Im really not a fan of lazy revving V8's in fact V8's are quite far down my engine list. Prefer 6, 10, 12 cyl first & then 8's over the 4's.
  21. They dont look as agressive as I thought they would on the side on pic, very nice from the front though. Very Speedline esc though. Im not running the caps, havent run them on my other ones and I think it adds to the motorsport style look.
  22. Thats Graeme  . Dropped mine of tonight to get tyres put on but wont pick them up till Friday I reckon.
  23. What Ive been considering - Lotus Elise. There pretty much at there cheapest right now plus there completely different to the Corrado.
