I Thin you'll find the C and the passat need the correct 4 wheel alignment cos of the rear beam steering effect, I remember reading something about it once.

Im running a 68mm pulley I was seeing up to 14psi on the charger a while before it was redone, only rarly. I must admitt I've not pushed the charger that hard yet but im going to wind it up tomorrow on a quiet road and see what she does. I wonder if the new belt timing belt is shinny or something and slipping more than the old one. Anyway Im hoping to change must boost gauge to one that goes from -30 to +15psi instead of -30 to +30 to give me a more acurate reading. Im also planning on changing my boot hoses as i've sourced a set of second hand unused ones. Im also hoping to change them for metal ones in the future!!

Okay I've had my charger done and ran it in. I also cleaned my intercooler out!! Im just wondering how often everyone with a stage 4 hits the magic 14PSI!! I have NO ISV reroute and am wondering if i've got a small hole as i dont seem to be hitting more that 12psi???? Im gonna tripple check all the hoses tomorrow around the intercooler please clean the k&n again!! or am i just supper paranoid!!

Just so you know The 16v and VR6 Keys are from the Golfs. that part number i assume is for an AH profile key, I believe from what i've seen on the CD that the G60 on is no longer available :-( :(

Change the bruhes in the alternator, mine went went i changed mine the new ones were very so slightly different and had an electrical componet solder to them, guessing that sorted it!!

What year is your C I take it you have no Cat? If you have De cat the zorst now!!! Other things to make sure you do, Send the oil lines to Jabba for cleaning , (i brought a new send pipe, The braided one!!) Use a K&N panel filter or similar Throw the silencer box away and get a BBM RSR outlet for a C (not the rallye one) Make sure your intercooler is clean and think about doing the exit mod http://corrado.atx-hosting.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=45 Run a genuine VW G60 oil filter and good synth oil. oh yeah and if you havn't done the brakes, check them and get some fast road pads and grooved discs!! no point in going fast is you cant stop faster!!

How many miles have you done and is it the original clutch first off all as that will be the biggest giveaway. we know now its not the mount so forget about vibra tech for now at least. Have you checked your brake fluid lately as it the clutch fluid too!! Now if the clutch is dragging, my bets are on the thrust beering or plate being knackered, as thats what happened to mine. ened up with no clutch. Take it to a Clutch specalist and get them to check it if your unsure.

My Corrado Passed its ITV (spanish MOT) last week. they made me remove my window sunstrip that was really practicle, rather than stylish. but hey The bloke told me to park up outside after and remove it, so i know it had passed over wise it would of been remove that before the retest!! :lol: :D :)
