they have plastic clips that hold them in place but im 90% sure its a coolant out job, which means you need to go buy some G11 and some distilled water

the o ring are inside the sensor houseing, the slip over the temp sensors to seal them. Change the flange. the o rings you can get from B&Q or a plumber!!! they come with the new sensors if you want to go that far!!

Try changing the Blue coolant sensor, it is also like an auto choke. tell the ignition system what temp the engine is at.

Why bother, just get a good 02A box and get if rebuilt with the ratios you want and get a 6th gear dropped in too!!

Bosch platinum tipped plug (W6dpo) torque to 20NM (15ftlb) with a gap of .6-.7mm are the only plugs to use in a G60. and they last ages. As for Plug leads not to sure on what hot here as im wanting to change mine soon but i thing!! there is no point getting good plug leads unless the earth lead in the block is in good nick too!!

I've got one to, its great but you cant shift the leave quick with the short sihft, cos your doing it already!!!

I think they work after a limited time when the ignition is off. Mine work immediatley after the keys are pulled out. And if the door is opened you can wind the window up or down Okay here is a trick for ya when you have no key in the ignition and the windows arn't working, simply push and hold the lock barrel in and you can now operate the windows and the stereo will come on too!! At least in my C is does!!

yes its normall did you also know you can Vent your windows using the key to close the windows when locking the car simple hold the key in the lock position untill closed, when opening the car you can hold the key in the opening position to open the windows, also the close feature does the sunroof i think. Does work on my C as i have delocked doors and no sunroof, but my alarm is programmed with a long lock pulse to do this without the key!!

Do any of you lot actually speed up for corners just cost you know you can!! i'll drive within the speed limits here, then when a corner comes i just love booting the C and throwing it into a mild corner just to get a buzz for a sec!! and watch the tail gater vanish!! is it just me????

do you know what happens if you mate a rocco 16v engine and a g60 8v? you kinda end up with a 16vg60 lump!! well you need the two engines as a starting point anyway!! :D

02A is the type of box the letters after it explain the ratios hence CBA AMA even uk G60 boxes are different from year to year from what i've read

isn't Wheel ofset about loading the wheel beerings correctly so that the load is in the center of the bearings. Your front and back offset will be the same from the factory as the wheels are the same. The offset should not change with the width as you still need to be 35-38 mm from the wheels inner face. If you a having suspension clearing brake caliper clearing problems then the offset is wrong. If your having suspension clearing problems then the wheels are to wide for the suspension and would would need to replace the suspension to run those wheels. Am i right or talking shit!! and totally confused!!

On mine when i hit the lock button the car locks and arms and leave the engine running. I also have button two on my remote programmed to lock the car without arming the alarm, i also use this as a long pulse for the window roll up, Basically i can set my windows a little open and lock the car leaving them open or lock with button one and then hit button 2 for total closure. Give me more control than total closure.

in its Basic form it spilts the signal to different speakers that can handle different frequencies I.e Low frequencies go to the subwoofer/woofers mids freq's go to the Mid range speakers and High frequencies go to the tweeters. they should be built to match the speakers they are being used with. in a more complex form a crossover is used to Stop freq's thusly called a Band stop crossover (stops certain frequecies), the opposite being a Band pass, only allowing a certain band through, band pass are normally used on Bass speakers/woofers crossovers come in different forms 1 way IE band stop or pass 2 way 1 input signal two outputs of differnet frequency's 3 way 1 input 3 out and so on. Crossovers are used after the amp in a passive system, active systems are different and arnt normally used in cars, as the head units normally supply on 1 output type.
