    Creaky dashboard?

    my dash vibrates at a harmonic with the car accelerating at one part of the rev range in second. must strip it one weekend and find out where its coming from
  5. I´d personally only add spaces as a last resort.

  8. solder a pieace of fuse wire across the two joins, this will act as the burnt out path and make the unit work again.

    anywhere from 2-4000 depeding on its condition.
  13. its not a case of which is better, its a case of upgrading the bearings to match the power, otherwise its like more power with out more brakes

I´ve always had good delaing with my stealer, all be it for the prices, I´ve never used the service department in there, but the parts department are great, and all the lads love my C, i always get someone loking at it or asking if its for sale. Now here is the scary bit, I´ve never been asked by the same person twice. I thing they go through staff quickly
  15. deopending on whats gone, the whole charge is usless. the bearing fail and the displacer shaft shears and sends the scroll throught the case. or something to that effect.
  16. mine is a daily driver, since our studios have moved i drive down some fast wide open country roads and boy i love it. from the moment i turn off the N-340 i just boot it. i always arrive at work with a grin, and if i've ripped passed a few cars i have an even bigger grin. to the point where staff has asked me if i got laid last night!! G60 ownership is like the cat that got the cream!!

  18. i like how youve relocated the CC, pitty the jet rad is so big i'd of dont that tomorrow after seeing that.
  19. it there is valve damage yes but how the hell do that get through a valve surly its to big

Im going with the "it got dropped in the sparky hole" how is another question i cant see it getting through a valve. the only thing i can say is that it got sqashed at start up got pressed to the head in someway and the damaged to the piston was caused by the impact and got worse till the noise bacame noticable. F'in lucky though it could of destroyed the head too

    has the rallyee got a normal cam, cos a cam with longer open will cause the pressure to drop
