The Problem with fitting the C screen is the positioning of the screen has to be spot on otherwise the seal is damagaed or basically fits to loosely. the screen on mine was replaced and they had to stop the screen sliding down towards the engine bay.

the control box is always IIRC behind the drivers side.

Im guessing you'll be needing forged G60 pistons, as the standard ones arnt up to it. How big is your intercooler? have you thought of water injection to cool it down a bit?

all the wiring for the loom should be there, take your door cards off and look. plus the electric window ECU goes in the rear, so you need to remove the rear drivers side trim to get at the wiring.

You could take it from the power going to the heater switch? No cos then when you turn the fan on the volt meter reading will drop like a brick, i've got to re-wire mine after taking the fag lighter feed, f'in thinks goes up and down with every flast of the turn signal!! -
yeah its read and next to the oil pressure light, try topping it up a little from cold. a new header tank is only a few quid so change it if it fails

down the back of the rad, as you stand infront of your c, look to the right of the rad fan, just below the batter tray
