There might be, i mean they went rocco, rado and rocco again so rado next right? OMG, new rado daily, old rado weekend toy!! Im graduating next year too so will be able to afford one haha
-
It is a turbo vr6... makes 500hp at the wheels, all 4 of em lol.
-
Hope this isn't a repost... http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?4598985 :luvlove: 30k seems a bit of a steal to me (if u take stormcharged's vrt as a benchmark) I hate to say it but the one thing i would change if i ever had that kinda money for a rado is the arches, stock lines ftw imo. :D
-
If it has a receipt for 1700 then id imagine that the chains were done at the same time as its common to do both together iirc.
-
Your cars inspirational mate, along with Mr Langdons and Zaks... See a theme here? lol Honestly silver really isnt my thing but this has got me thinking, just looks soo damn right!
-
Do everything you said if u plan on puting miles on the car, if u want to retain its value keep it standard and restore it and dont put any miles on it lol. First option ftw right!
-
I agree, i usually have a small 1 litre bottle of Synta in the car with me, never used it but its just nice to know!
-
Zak, more pics of extra dish needed bro!
-
Dark brown or black but the brown'll have to be very nice or it'll look crap!
-
Soft? Have you driven one? They are such a superb drive, as Chris says, straight out of the box. Yup, had a mk5 r32 for a day recently and drive my mates one pretty often and they're big lardy things imo but then id say that, look at how my rados set up, its stiff as feck tbh. Ive never driven a stock rado so cant comment on that but i dont rate r32's that highly (never driven a modded one)... Out of the box they're good yes but give me a civic type r anyday to thrash around. I am 21 u know lol. FLIP ME i just read Kev's post, sums it up tbh. Once u get over the noise its nothin special imo. Mk5 edition30 for me with moneys for suspension upgrades. I will admit, R32's with DSG are fast though, like properly imo.

LOL, such an old man i swear.. U mentioned a gearshift weight, what does it do exactly?
-
Out of interest and slightly off topic, but do vr's actually make good power all the way to the red line which im assuming is 6.5k? Or are they like 9a valvers, 6k and change gear lol.
-
I am so in love with this, only thing(s) id do/change is the handles to gloss black, the rear plate plynth to gloss black and black detailing inside the headlights... just to break up the yellow a bit! Awesome rado though, props to u mate!
-
Drives spot on tbh, hard braking from 140 (once i promise) and it stayed dead straight, handles like a dream too considering the ride height and the 9j wheels lol.
-
LOL thats what im thinking, i had the car up on the ramps 2-3 months ago aswell as the allignment done! Everythng was straight then and its done about 100 miles since! Thing is i never noticed the poke issue untill i got the brocks on, always knew one side poked a bit more than the other but thought nothing of it untill i decided to check properly the other day and i just thought wtf 10mms quite alot!
-
Will be popping round to my local specialist some time this weel so will let u guys know how it goes! Abdul

We have broken corrados
-
LOL im really not mechanically minded but yeah i know what dodgy wishbones feel like so its not those lol. Ok, trip to the laser alignment dudes this week i guess.
-
I hope its this and not the axel... hmm how much camber people? I want a combination of looks and grip.. -1.5 degress maybe?
-
That must be what it is... but i had the rado laser aligned a few months ago... thats another £80 :( The wings are the same because they look the same lol. Early wings have far smaller arches. I went out to make sure the offsets are the same, the calipers and the back of the wheels have the same space on both sides.
-
Yeah but the wheels are all the same offset and the wings are the same so unless my front axle has decided to move  i cant think of what else might cause the problem.
-
You're kidding right? Thanks for the helpful post. No im dead serious, whats there to kid about? Ive done it before when the offsets are too low, had 4mm machined off the back of some oldschool rial wheels to decrease the poke a bit.
-
Nop wings are the same... if anything i might get 5-10mm or whatever amount is safe milled off the back of the rims....
-
Hi guys, had my 9s on all round on my valver for about 6 months now and i just noticed that the front passenger side wheel pokes about 10mm more than the drivers side.. its only on the front and the wheels are et15 all round... Any help would be appreciated. Abdul

Amazing stuff mate, you thought about rolling/pulling the rear arches? How much power is she making now btw?
