Ouch! Bet he wasn't happy about that! -
Maplins sell thermal fuses

Agreed - seller has plenty of good feedback too so looks a great, low-risk deal.

Glad it was sorted (reasonably) pain free. -

Agree with harrier, to kill the car you need to suck water in through the intake and hydrolock it. Sounds unlikely from your anecdote. Dry everything out, dizzy or coilpack as appropriate and worth pulling the plugs and making sure there's no water in there either. Bit of WD40 and you should be good to go. -
Weird how it appears green when parked up kerb side but then really quite blue when out in the rolling hills...

Wing mirror disobedience is often the switch in the door handle. Fairly easy to take apart; give the contacts a bit of a clean and reassemble with some contact grease. Just be careful when you pop the switch casing open that the little bits inside don't end up strewn across the floor - you'll understand what I mean when you open it up.... Welcome to the forum.

Well done Arsenal; deserved in the end. Felt for the Hull fans obviously but probably the right result overall. M.

This stuff looks quite impressive; just not sure how it would react to the heat from the bulbs... M.

Hmmmm, I think every car I've ever owned has stalled if you try to pull away without giving it some gas..... Unless I'm missing something here guys?

Privet! it's great to see the Corrado's appeal stretches far and wide. My wife is from Russia as it goes..... Mark.

I'm sure the freshly retrimmed Recaros will ease the pain he feels. ;)

Don't leave us Mr Tyre Man! -
Haven't actually done this myself, but was told by a man who should know, that when relocating the battery it's best to use the starter motor as your positive connection under the bonnet. M.
