thats annoying....

ive fitted a few manifolds and allways seem to be like that if they are 2nd hand. new ones allways seem ok. you will be ok getting manifold over subframe. I layed carpet over subframe and against firewall so not to scratch anything. looking good by the way :thumbleft:

Hi Rob. The 3 relays are the same try swopping them round see if it changes anything. Also maybe worth plugging original loom directly into headlights bypassing the uprated loom to check if the problem is with existing loom and nothing to do with uprated loom. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

thanks again guys. as always with corrados theres still lots to do LOL brand new header tank level not working, hopefully its the tank and not wiring..... speedo has started playing up again so that needs investigating..... and needs to go to spray shop to respray sills and wing.

Looking good odub when do you plan to get the engine in?

Well after nearly 3 years its back on the road! It wasnt smooth sailing tho.. After the initial start up it didnt want to run right so got it down to john at JMR. Turned out to be a combination of faulty fpr isv idle screw o ring and earth problems. Doh! John has worked his magic and it now runs like a dream and handles better than it ever has before having him do the alignment. So now the task of running it in and actually enjoy driving it again. Ive certainly missed driving it it still puts the same smile on my face it did when i first bought it 15 years ago! What is it about these cars lol
