  11. It certanly changes the driveability. Its a bit weird getting used to actually using 1st longer instead of changing to 1st almost instantly. Acceleration you would think would suffer but it seems to get traction better instead of spinning the wheels. It certainly works better now ive added a bit more power. Its motorway driving is a major advantage in 5th gear it really cuts the mpg. Its geared for 175mph apparently lol... Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

  15. Funny you should say that its the reason i took it apart to start off with. I didnt take photos but when i glued it back on i didnt push it completely home.the bracket holds the glass against the scraper seal a little bit tighter now which helps a bit Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  16. Today i decided to tackle the annoying window rattle! Looking at it im sure a new inner and outer scraper seal wold help but not cure the problem It looks like the glass rattles against the top of mechanism centre rail where the cable comes out and also against tne rail near the door pin. I decided to slide in some glass packing squares that are used to protect windscreens during transportation and hey presto it works brilliantly! I used super glue to glue them against the metal of the door to keep them in place. Now the drivers door to do.... Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

  19. Not updated for a while! Oil sensor fixed. Door handle fixed. J&r driveshafts sent back for the second time (avoid rubbish parts and customer service) Rebuilt original shafts with gkn parts this time so fingers crossed these last ok. Went straight through MOT yesterday. Had every mechanic in the place looking under it going "bloody hell its like brand new" lol me checking his hoist jack had rubber feet so not to wreck it lol Took the car out tonight and it started playing up.....revs didnt drop when coming off the gas and barely ticking over I panicked LOL. Luckily it was the microswitch on the throttlebody had come loose so not making contact so a quick fix thank god! Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

  22. I used to install trackers for a living. As above i wouldnt bother with anything that doesnt have battery back up. Also worth getting one that has function for the car alarm input so if anyone triggers the alarm it can be set to call or text you. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
