  10. To the best of my knowledge the whole sunroof "cassette" is interchangeable (8 or 10 bolts from memory) and then just swop the glass for your metal panel - If it's available at the breakers I would grab the motor as well, as they have a habit of giving up the ghost! Ian.
  11. The MK3 Glass panel is the wrong curvature, however you can swop your current metal panel over to the complete Golf assy and it will fit. Ian.
  12. There should also be a spring steel circlip that holds on the rubber boot. Ian.
  13. I've got a B4 Passat Estate (mid 90's) in mine and the fit is good, you are right though the curvature is completely wrong on the MK3 Golf. Believe Seat Ibiza/Toledo of the same era will fit. Currently investigating also the early Octavia, but have my doubts. Pic of mine when initially fitted:

  17. The Oval Head Screw (N0139612) is 3.9 x 13 plus also need the Washer (411945279) according to Vagcat. Ian.
  18. There are 2 types of Grille, one with all all slats open and the other with just the top one open (suggested it might be for "cold" countries?). I believe the one that Heritage sell has all 3 slats open, so perhaps run the current one tbrough the summer and see how it performs? Ian.
  19. 100% correct! - If one side fails then swop over with the good relay that does the main beam. Ian.

  23. I bought one in the early group buy, it was less than this but cannot remember exactly how much though. Really good product, looks same as OEM, fitted easily and highly recommended. €89 equates to about £66.00 delivered, which is good value considering VW wanted over £100.00 for a set at the time! Ian.
