Thanks everyone, has put my mind at rest - Something else I can tick off as ready for when the top end gets overhauled! Ian.
-
Cheers both - What about Elring brand, anything to worry about? Ian.
-
Ordered a set from ECP as they were on offer, were advertised as Febi Bilstein but received Elring instead - Are these OK? Also how many should be in a set as there appears to be some missing from the box. Ian.

Oil pressure switch? Ian.

I picked mine up from the local scrappy - Usually a Passat or two around? Ian.

Sounds like you got it from Pat, same as I did - It came with 3 St/St screws and 3 white plastic "spacers" Ian. -
Still works for me, perhaps you have to be logged into the CCGB to see it? Shame as it is a really informative article with colour pictures - If anybody wants it I can scan it in and send it by E Mail as a PDF? Ian.

Might be worth lubing the spoiler mech, see: http://www.corradoclubgb.co.uk/ccgb16/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=108:lubrication-of-the-spoiler-mechanism&catid=49:technical&Itemid=169 Ian.

Am looking to replace these with St/Steel and Vagcat doesn't list a size. Am led to believe they are M6 x 75, can anybody confirm? Also are they Hex or Socket Head Bolts? Ian.

Surely if they've used the correct G12++ or G13 Coolant there is no need to put additional anti-freeze in? Ian.

I was just wondering the same as well? - There is a Transair shop @ Gloucester Airport so was going to suggest that I get the 3M Spray Adhesive in bulk from them and then include that in the price - Carriage would be slightly more, perhaps around £10.00, because it would have to go (hidden) in a parcel by TNT or similar? Ian. -
He is/was in the USA on business. Ian.

How easy/difficult was it to fit David? Ian.
-
And a seller I spotted this morning on E Bay also does them in Blue, similar to the DDI ones! Ian.
-
Believe that a MK1 (Early) Skoda Octavia will fit too, but not sure whether it's Hatchback/Estate/Both? Ian.
-
E Bay is your best bet I believe as I think the glass is obsolete from VW, e.g.- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DRIVER-RIGHT-OFF-SIDE-CONVEX-HEATED-BP-WING-MIRROR-GLASS-FOR-VW-CORRADO-88-95-/370843399314?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3ACorrado&hash=item5657fd3492 Ian.

16V one is about half the price as well I think!! Ian.
-
Had the earlier KR Cams in my 2.0 16V along with powerflow exhaust and Stealth remap and it made about 153 BHP from memory. The 2.0 has a cat fitted where the 1.8 didn't so about the same power but a bit more low end torque. Ian.
