Happy New Year to one and all. Ian.

Still available from VW as of a month or two ago. Ian.

Probably easier to get a MK3 Golf one from the breakers, remove the glass and then put your metal panel onto it - Fits straight in. Ian.

Maybe not a Shopping Mall Roger but there is a reasonable sized Market Town very near with a fair selection of shops plus larger towns within 10 > 15 miles of the venue. Ian. -

Very noisy I would imagine Eric??? Ian. -
Yes Mike, no problems at all - John commented how tidy all the existing wiring was and demonstrated it fully (it's loud, watch out neighbours!) and then made my way home at a leisurely pace. Made it an economy run on the way back (60-65MPH) and this is what the MFA showed: Ian.

Definitely worth changing the expansion tank cap to the later blue one! Ian.
-
Oil temp sender, where to get one and part number please.

Mines stopped reading completely now Roger, where is it situated so I can check it? Ian. -
Didn't know that they came with Sat Nav, Twin Airbags and Parking Sensors?? Ian.
-
Mine is there right now whilst John rips out the 1998 VW fitted system and replaces it with a Toad one - Hopefully on my way home again in the next hour or so. Ian.
-
I've got a good condition gear knob Dave if you can unglue and swop over the centre plastic bit off your existing one? Ian.
-
Who do you use Dave, someone local? Ian.
-
Can confirm that the MK3 Golf mechanism went in fine into a 94 car, no problem with the hole alignment either - They are also readily available at (our) breakers and good price too. Hope that helps, Ian.
-
Fitted a MK3 Golf one to a car B4 with the metal original panel in lieu of the glass and it went in fine. Ian.
-
Looks tidy, always liked my flash red VR6 as well!! Ian.
-
Should be 195/50-15, only the VR6 had 205's I believe. Ian.
