Very soon I believe as he now has 2 Corrado's! It is on a M Plate, has MOT until about April next year - It needs a CV joint, the headlining sorting and a bit of a tidy up. It has around 125000 miles on it and a decent service history. Car is located in the Newport area and he will take £1700 for it. If interested PM me and I will pass you on his contact details. Ian.

If you are interested in a VR6 that needs a bit of work doing to it I may know someone in South Wales with one for sale soon? Ian.

Use the thinner MK4 Golf, I believe, Head Gasket and it ups the compression ratio by about 0.5 to 10.5/1 for a few more BHP. Ian.

I wouldn't worry about the mileage, properly looked after (coolant + good quality oil) these engines go on and on - I have over 228000 on mine and there are others on here with more than that! Speak to John, a real knowledgeable bloke as you say, and then make an informed decision. It seems the best money long term is keeping the Corrado OEM, so maybe something to consider as well? Ian.
