I had a problem with eating bearings so put in some direct from the vw dealers and no problems since. Not cheap though but worth the extra

That's the plan. It's all through the front wheels so not after big power, just reliability. Open to any suggestions

I'd be looking at 300bhp absolute tops. Would a LSD increase strength substantially also?

Is there any difference between the 02a boxes with regards to strength i.e. 16v and vr6? I'm looking to use my 16v box on to a 20vt soon as that's what I have already, and then go from there with regards to ratios after I've driven it for a bit and worked out what I'm after. thanks in advance

I'm on the hunt for a pair of late style fog lights to use the housings. Not fussed about the condition of the lenses as will be removing them so the cheaper the better Thanks

Looking very good. Could you use a sheet of aluminium cut and shaped to cover the rad? Are you using the auq throttle body still?
