You can have mine, pm me your address and I'll get it over to you

You're making good progress. I wish I had more space for large tools and to get into some welding

I saw this in the car park to screwfix today. I’m not sure what would happen if you hit a big puddle or if it started raining. Has anyone got one of these on their Corrado? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks. I bought it from Peter Black who owned a blue 20vt that he sold fairly recently. I'll try and find his user name for you Have a search for Pete b

On a side note, if there are orders going in to Spoonfed I'm looking to order one of their rear spoilers. Have you considered becoming their uk distributor?

Currently tucked away in the garage on SORN until the weather improves. The last time I drove it in December the first three gears were fairly pointless and still had wheel spin in fourth. The seats need to come back out and I need to drop the subframe for them a bit lower at the back plus colour the seat backs from blue to black to suit the car. I’ll probably vinyl wrap them rather than paint. As with every Corrado I have few niggles I need to sort plus a pile of parts to fit but it’s turning into quite a special car Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

i'm incredibly jealous of your new paint, it looks amazing

After well over a year of looking at my old Recaro Pole Positions in my house I’ve finally got them in the Corrado today and they feel great. I had these in my Audi TT (no laughing) which are the seats taken from a Quattro Sport meaning Nappa leather and alcantara. I’ve also got my hands on an Eibach front strut brace which I may or may not fit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I bet this surprises a few people when you hit the loud pedal

Great to see another 20v Corrado, they suit the car so well and same colour as mine. I'd never done an engine conversion before but got stuck in and it was all easy enough, including the wiring. Is it on oem management? Any more plans?
-
possibly just the head gasket?
-
sounds great, get some pictures up as you go
-
It's fine. Please let someone else have it. Thanks

Where are you. I'm interested depending on distance. Thanks

I've got a set in very good condition. They are early spec, black with a green fleck in them that is barely noticeable

The centre bore is too small. You need to find 57.1 or larger then reduce with spigot rings
-
I'll take the Corrado warning triangle posted please if in good condition. Please pm me your payment details. Thanks, Oli

Have you got one of their extended rear spoilers tucked away too?

Unless staying n/a you're fairly limited as far as forced induction goes. To my knowledge there were turbo kits but these are long out of production. A good setup would be to swap the cams from a 1.8 kr engine (these have a longer duration than the 9a) or aftermarket, de-cat exhaust and go to throttle bodies. In my opinion it would look and sound awesome although would be expensive to do due to the throttle bodies and engine management and would still only push about 180bhp I should think. You could also stroke the engine to a 2.1 using a diesel crank shaft I'd still recommend just to pick up a 20vt for a few hundred pounds which would drop straight in on your current mounts and give 200bhp plus straight away

I think it's a semi regular thing. I only saw it on faceballs that morning as I friend of mine was going. The group was something like VW meet up. It was pretty good, parked up next to another corrado too Sent from my SM-G388F using Tapatalk

I've been continuing driving the car and finding what needs changing or upgrading. I Recently went to a small local meet in Maldon and on the way back melted through the vacuum line for the break servo. This has been cut right back now and I have fitted a turbo blanket and silicone protective sleeve around all of the cables that run across the bulkhead behind the turbo. To tidy things a bit more I've put in a battery cover and plugged in my Ctek charger. With the state of the roads I think that may be it for this year Sent from my SM-G388F using Tapatalk

Along with their braided brake and clutch lines, 40% off makes their oil cooler kit seriously cheap http://auto.helperformance.com/volkswagen-53i-corrado-oil-cooler-kit

I have a selection of parts from both driver and passenger front seats. The material is black with blue pattern. Everything is available apart from the metal bases. All parts are in good condition except the foam from the drivers side outer bolster which is worn. I'm able to post but would prefer collection on the seat backs (which I haven't taken apart) due to their size £20 per item plus postage Thanks Oli Sent from my SM-G388F using Tapatalk
