I don't think there's enough traffic here now to justify it? Just ask away, I've never seen anyone rebut a question with "Do a search buddy" here and of course a question encourages conversations etc which is good for the long term future of the forum.

The holes that attach the master to the servo are on the slant, so you need a master to suit the ****ed up studs on the servo limiting options and from a suppliers point of view sales are limited. You cant swap the servo for a more conventional set up as you need the hole for the pedal position sensor unique to our crappy ABS set up

Did they do OE leather without heating? You can see the centre dash switches in one of the pics?

Its 20 years ago since I did the MK2, isn't there wiring for the console gauges already near the heat exchanger and behind the cubby hole?
-
I had no problems with my MK2 on eibach and koni suspension. You could glue a nut to the sump and place some heat conductive paste into the thread before screwing in the sender, then you could have it higher up the side of the sump?
-
On my MK2 I drilled and tapped the sump plug to accept the sender for the oil temp gauge and left the dash sender in place. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_odkw=sump+plug+10+x+1&_osacat=131090&_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=sump+plug+10+x+1+sender&_sacat=131090

Early VR6, The part number info is on the forum, but I can't find it atm
-
You need to fit the earlier upper spring cup, they changed the cup and spring diameter on later cars but uprated springs continue to be made for the early set up

Using GSFs weekend code of pay56 a pair of front callipers are £176.53 and if you return the rusty old units you get £72 back.
