Peace and harmony are so over rated.....

I find the best way of broaching the subject is to do so when the cars rival is imminent The last one I bought she asked why my alarm went off so early as she was working and I wasn't, I still got ready and ate breakfast before I told her and promptly left via the front door lol

No rush, at your leisure:)

Just sent the money over, address is in the PayPal message. Thanks

Its really meant for weeping crank seals and the like (it makes them soften and swell), its not going to have much effect on old, heat hardened, cracked valve stem seals IMO

How long has it been off the road?

It's not the end of the world if there's no badge on the grill is it?

The usual trick is to remove the corrosion with a rotary wire brush or caramel wheel, followed by painting the bead area and wheel well with chassis paint - not hammerite as it chips too easily.

All engines burn oil, its just that contaminants from petrol (diesel too) top up the oil level hence the darkening / deterioration over a period of time / mileage. The time to get you wallet out is when the spark plugs are fowling creating misfire.

Isn't that each for the Speedlines?

The problem with copies is that you don't know how the plastic will weather over time, I'd rather a used original than a Chinese or 3D printed copy any day.

Not me, I'm there on a weekly basis and never seen one, I don't think I've seen another around here for 12 months..

I'll take these please, paypal?

Some new audis use 1L per 500 miles, stop worrying about what could happen sometime never. £30 per year on oil burning is nothing compared to £4-5K for a full rebuild

You just keep pulling relays and trying the lights until you pull the one that makes no difference to the current light situation, the fact the relay has failed usually means they are of cheap construction (Chinesium! lol), so the others are likely to fail soon anyway. I've not have to replace an OE relay in the 25 years I've run my own cars, most of which are over 10 years old when I buy them.

What (which) V8 and V10 Engine can swap (fit) into Corrado?
Dox replied to Marin's topic in Engine Bay
If you have the skills to do this sort of thing you wouldn't be asking here for here for advice. -
Just swap the relays around to confirm the relay is faulty, if that's the case buy a new relay or replace them both for a few pounds.
-
That consumption is normal, keep it topped up and it'll last years.
-
6L per year is cheap motoring
-
Do you have the time to commit to it?

Will new cat fit inside old cat? If so you need a similar size pipe (if you want to keep the old cat?) to make a sleeve.
