  1. What do you think I am thinking! All of it can be made to work in a corrado. I guess it comes down to whether it's actually better than the original stuff....
  2. There is something about a pile of freshly powder coated bits. Hope you keep the momentum going. Book it in for an MOT that always helps :). Jay
  3. Genuinely one of the best kept cars around shame it's no longer local. I have a feeling you will be back on one soon though ;)
  4. I never really think about things like that too much. :). I would say around £2k as I would do it all myself and use OEM management etc. To be completely honest though I have absolutely no reason to change the engine at the moment, so it would only be in the hopefully distant future if it imploded at some point. Jay
  5. Cheers Kip. Its starting to come together now, but yours keeps tempting me to do another 24v and this time with 3.2L :) Jay
  6. All have total closure on the key afaik. Those fitted with the factory alarm have total closure on the remote. At least mine does. :)
  7. I have both in Wilmslow. Was planning on stripping them down and getting them coated, but if you want them I am open to sensible offers :) I have to get a wishbone bolt removed which sheared off in the front subframe, but that shouldn't take too long. Feel free to get in touch to discuss options. Jay
  8. Nice to meet you today fella, apologies I couldn't chat longer. Jay
  9. Direct from Germany, I am not fussed to be honest :)
  10. This is getting silly! So I order some new "pre 93" top plates from FK. They turn up yesterday and are bl**dy small ones again! So I now have 3 sets of 90mm lowering spring plates that are no good to me! I have someone sorting me some others, so fingers crossed, but I will put all the ones I have on the parts for sale tonight I think! Jay
  11. Cool, I was just about to bump it as well :) Just a few more needed........ Jay
  12. You buy these Karl and then I will swap em with my RC's :) Jay
  13. Well the spring plates did not arrive in time for the weekend. So I have to wait... Ultimately once I have all of the ones I have bought in error or excess, I am going to have a few different sets of drop plates if anyone wants some, both small (90mm) and large diameters (110mm) and drop of 15 or 10mm.... Jay
  14. This is exactly why I do everything myself and always have done. There are so many "regularly serviced" cars driving around which are shot to bits in so many areas. I think the garages must quite often notice this stuff but do the minimum they need to each time. Jay
  15. I agree with Kev as mentioned earlier, its most likely the dashpot "damper" which is not right. Jay
  16. only a few mm at the most. Far less than it will move around anyway if your mounts are tired/standard. Jay
  17. Go for it mate, if you have one. :) Jay
  18. I am sure I had one of these somewhere, but can't remember if its early or late. Will have a look. Jay
