From memory, aren't these pipes a hard plastic type of pipe? Would think you would be safe poking the cable down gently.

This is looking like its turning into a great restore job, very thorough. When is the painting booked in for? I did think the same about not leaving it outside in a primered condition.

I had no interest in these when the group buy started.....BUT having seen them in the metal fitted to Robrado's car, damn they are amaaaaaazzzzzzing :luvlove: If I could, I would. They are almost the best wheels I've seen a Corrado!!!

Small update as not much has happened lately :roll: I've been thinking about this scratch I've acquired. I have some VW touch up paint on its way from ebay. So I think I have a vague idea on what to do but any solid advice is most welcome. I'm hoping to get my ABS pump changed over soon as well, so any advice on that is great as well guys. Also noticed I've not taken any good after paint pics, so once the chance comes along, a good clean is in order.

I spotted a green Storm in Exeter approx 4pm, looked very tidy. I waved like a loony and the guy did look a bit puzzled (I was in my T4) but waved back :wave:

Hi Nick, I enjoyed that RR day a lot, think I remember seeing your one. All the Seats had good power to them. I did pop out for a long lunch with friends and as soon as I came back was called up to the rollers, might be why you missed it? Hope you had the results you wanted.

Cough, cough :wave: Well, it was said about putting a cup holder on my stand.............Yep, check and a snacks holder is essential I think :nuts: A quick effort as I had to go out. Both rings rotate under the stand when not in use :dorky:

I'm amazed people are selling (rather buying :cuckoo: ) cars for this game on ebay. Would someone actually spend out on a better car instead of racing to gain the credits needed?

How original would the exhaust backbox be? And would the car have been sold originally with those wheels? If anyone can confirm these two points then I'll accept 2 points in this spot the originality contest :norty: .

:wave: Though mine was painted before I bought it. I've never met the TCS guy but have read plenty on the forum about him. There have been cases of people going to look at a car described by him as mint only to find it bodged or have rust covered or attempted to be hidden. I guess its buyer beware, there has to be a reason why he was able to buy cheap in the first place. You could go and have a look, then do a review for us. Best of luck finding the right one for you mate.
