The Halfrauds pro hollow sockets are great though. I use an 11mm to bleed the brakes without having to touch the drain hose and you have ratchet control! [emoji2]

I cut out the red LED on one of my new replacement switches and removed that part of the wiring so now it only illuminates the green one. More "OEM stealth"

Headlight on the driver's side out is a definite help. Use some pen oil first as well as they will likely have been there a long time and a deep or even better a hollow socket. Best of luck.

No worries. Think I have one located over here in Ireland. I'll let you know if I need the micro switch. BTW you can still buy the LHS new! About 150 euros. Typical.

When you lose track of how much it has cost you since you bought it, and don't mind paying ridiculous running costs and road tax every year. And you have a turned eye from checking to see if your spoiler goes up and down as it should every time... ;)

I have the old original Bosch distributor that I replaced with a new one at 85K miles for sale. Comes with original VW rotor arm and cap with HT interference shield and earth lead. The hall sender socket had cracked off where it meets the housing, but this has been glued back on. The dust shield is loose, but present and can be stuck down if needed. Hi all - I "urgently" need a RHS door handle and mech, ;) - with the central locking actuator loom attached. The striker condition is not important and I will change the barrels over.
