Ive Just Driven my mates 53plate M3 what a car its been de restricted and does 175mph (private road obviously) I couldnt believe the awesome power this thing had especially in sport mode you find it hard to drive with the traction off i just had it sideways all the time even with the traction on i kicked the tail out going down a slip road in 3rd has anyone ever driven one on here i have read a couple of posts where people on have given an M3 a run for the money with a VR6 I find that hard to believe ! What an awesome car but it should be for £27000 i suppose....

Just wondering if anyone has any idea on how much and who does this conversion i have used the search but didnt realy find anything! I know stealth used to do the conversion and i did try to ring them on friday but no answer! I was thinking of maybe selling up and buying a VR but the car is really imaculate and only has 68000 on the clock with full leather and lots spent I have been offered 2.5k for it from a mate but would have to spend another 3 to 4k to get a good VR, Some conversion quotes would be nice then i can make my mind up :?

Nice car, looks lower than 40mm mines 40mm low on 15" split rims and doesnt look that low, Looks Grand in Red my first c was red 8)
-
Nice find :D Ive recently changed from 205/40/17s to 195/45/15 and noticed the car seems actually slower on acceleration think i will have to change to 195/50/15s :?
-
Thats Cheap can i ask where from
-
Its already been lowered 40mm i can only just get it off the drive as it is
-
Well I picked the wheels up on saturday and they are in stunning condition! A quick polish and i fitted them, I have mixed feelings really the car sits 20mm lower at the back and 10mm at the front and feels like a Go Kart to drive it actually feels slower on accereration than the 17s whats that all about and lots more road noise im wondering if the tyre combination is right, 195/45/15 as oppose to standard 185/55/15 if im correct they do look slightly lost in the arches but what can you expect after 17s i suppose.. Any thoughts on the tyre size ?? heres a couple of pics
