so yeah who makes the REALLY BIG rear stress bar for corrado's, I have seen the eurosport one, the neuspeed one, and the autotech one but I really want the REALLY REALLY BIG one just because you look in the back and you see a big support beam =-).

I dunno they said that if you dont replace the lifters the cam lobes may wear... =-/ I dunno Im thinking its time for a different cam anyway.

replaced them though about a little over a year ago... =-/ cam lobes worn?

um yeah I have had this tapping noise, I mean a good TAP. hit the back of your nail against a table and thats kinda what it sounds like but with more of a pop at the end.It starts about 2000 rpms and keeps going up the revs. if I let it stay at one RPM its not so continuous, kinda does it and doesnt do it off and on. as I rev the engine up it because consitant and has pretty repeditive cyclic sound. I have a 260/268 cam in there I thought it might just be slapping, I recently replaced the old valve springs with new sport ones from autotech and it seems to have gotten kinda louder. anyone? if I drive next to a wall I can hear it when I rev. Oh and this may be unrelated but when I start the car on a cold day I get an uneven wirr, kinda like da da da da da when you rev the engine at start up. once again just replaced stuff but I think I have had that longer than I have noticed it. when its warm its not there.

so I have an A3 jetta moonroof to install.... well I know I need washers, and I know I need a plastic thing that goes under the back of the glass that came stock on jettas... and some other part. anyone know what I am talking about? the guys on Vortex did it but part numbers or pictures were not mentioned. seriously looking at a B4 passat...

soooo Im currently getting the wiring from some dude in germany, If he will respond to my messages. if he does then we have wiring for the MAP sensors! yay! now to get all those stupid pieces cut out of 1" aluminum and get this thing mounted!

I will buy 50 of them and sell them on US ebay because Americans are stupid when it comes to corrado's, I count my self as an exception because Im 1/2 french

cool, I have seen the schematic of the pin layout just for the main connector, I am talking about an internal schematic =-) if thats not what you have then dont worry about it.

anything with oil going on after a certain RPM is always the pressure switches, the bentley tells you that it must be 1.7 bar after 2100 rpms I believe

uh r u sure that works? cause I sat for 10 mins and got nothing... thanks tho! sam I ordered my stage 5 ECU from BBM, I am going to assemle an ECU with the new map sensor in it to make sure these things work, Unfortunately I wont be able to tell if they work with boost till I get the charger mounted. If you want to wait till I find out the results of mine, I will send you the Motorola map sensor then. If not just let me know and I will send you the bill for a single one. I have 4 total so hopefully they will work first try. Im pretty sure the wiring that I had guessed is the correct wiring, just a little worried about testing it for the first time as they are 25 US dollars a piece.

anyone got a schematic of the inside of a G60 ECU, specifically the map sensor area? I want to make sure this wiring is correct before I install the new map sensor, they are tiny little buggers.

love it, however they are missing the elusive "corrado" keychain made by VW in limited supply. it says corrado in the standard lettering

looks like I am looking at a FMIC 18x10x2.5 for the core, 24" total length, will go bigger if this is too small? an aquamist system 2d, wont do that yet because I want to see how well the FMIC does alone especially since I havent even mounted the charger yet! :D looks like I will be using the BBM chip for the setup as of right now because NO ONE can make me a custom map, looks like I will be dealing with 240 whp for a while, I know it sounds quite rude of me to say but I was looking for more there. they're only running 24 psi on that program I think, I am running upwards of 26, hopefully the larger FMIC will slow it down to about 24, 240 whp in my car with a stock flywheel (24 lb) = about 290 bhp. darren anything on those hoses?
