Yes Jim . Sorry I didn’t explain it that well. I have a TSR head . The invoice says pack A head and replace chains , but I wasn’t sure if TSR just put the original cams back in from the old head or some different cams that came with the new one ?. I doubt if there’s anything special in there but I dont know for sure . I bought the car from a friend, it was the owner before him that had the work done. I doubt if they have the paperwork now , it was done in 2001. The head , chains and labour was £2800.00.

I could be in Jim , depending on price . Saying that , you don’t get anything special with a TSR pack A racing head do you ?. I presume the previous owner just had the head fitted along with new chains .

The FPR , will be at the end of the fuel rail , passenger end , so to speak .

I wouldn’t want the crystals either . I was on about the chap who reproduced the Oem sets.

Not to put a downer on this ,but you will be very lucky to find the indicators in nice condition. I believe someone has reproduced the fogs though.

I would keep an eye on Ebay . And also on here . You never know when a set will pop up . Also bear in mind a grey set , you can always dye it , you will never know once it’s done .

I use the forum to look at the latest posts , search etc . I only used Tapatalk for loading pics . The forum layout is way better. I replied to a sales thread using Tapatalk once , as far as I knew mine was the first reply, it then said sold and I thought hold on a minute I was first to reply, I looked on the forum and my post was 3rd in line . Never again .

I’ve got to do mine again Hasan . I didn’t check the part numbers !. They look the same but it looks like I’ve fitted a VR bone and a valver bone . After around 20 miles the drivers side wheel kept hitting the roll bar , it was only when someone on here pointed out what could be problem that I realised, oh that and one wheel sticks out further than the other!. Put a new sump on too !

Same as me dragon and no doubt the same for everyone else. Sometimes I hate technology lol.

The wish bones are not too bad to replace Hasan . As Sean said they come with the bushes already in . They are around 40.00 each . Unfortunately you will have to remove the sump for the passenger side as the bolt hits it before it’s fully out .

I haven’t tried to be honest. I’m not sure if I can copy n paste off of my Mac?, I used to use photo bucket before as I seem to remember having trouble.

Personally I’d stay Oem with a nice low mileage car . I’ve had a few engine mods done . I also removed the side strips and had the rear join lines filled to make a clean line on the body ,but that’s it really .

If you type in a reg and it can’t find it , does that mean it’s gone to car heaven?. My old car from 1990 will not come up on the site ,is it because the Reg is so old ?, ie 50s ?. Kind regards Rob
