You said in the first post it's a 16v?!

What happens if you unplug the rad fan sensor? Stands to reason it always has power as if the temperature is high enough it needs to keep the fan running (fan afterrun). If you unplug it and the fan stops, it's your culprit.

I think you might have better luck finding answers on Corrado Club of Canada website - UK pricing won't be the same as Canadian pricing unfortunately. Their forum seems to be becoming steadily very inactive though which is a shame as it's a great resource.
-
It's impossible to say - I don't think any of us has an idea what Corrado prices are like in Canada. We're 99% UK based Corrado owners.

I'm going to try and get the forum admin's attention regarding this eBay link problem. It's really becoming a pain in the ass! *edit* Sent him a PM.

Shipping may be pricey... I am guessing that OP is based in the USA. Also need to double check reflector and lens patterns..

Just had to Google to find out what the O2 sensor is called in the UK - lambda probe. Now I know what you mean :) I didn't realise NGK produced one for the Corrado. The Bosch one seems to be pretty standard over here from what I can tell (available from most parts places pretty cheap) so think that's the one I would go for personally, if the price difference is not that significant.

I don't believe they were an option in the traditional sense (like order them when you order the car) - my best guess is that they were probably a parts desk special accessory that you could just walk into a dealership and buy, much like the stuff they currently sell - VW GTI watches, keyrings, jackets, umbrella's, etc etc..

Yep - jasmine yellow. Very nice :) And very uncommon.

Welcome. I'm guessing you're in the USA. Be interested to know the paint code from the sticker in the trunk, or from the passenger side inner fender (behind the airbox). Might be Jasmine Yellow which is super rare :)

Funny - I do the same, though in my case between a standard airbox with an OE filter and a BMC. Sometimes I like the shoutiness of the BMC, and sometimes I want the refinement of the stock airbox. I could swap them around with my eyes closed now virtually.

Most folks over here tend to just buy OE / original style coil packs rather than going down the MSD or similar route so not sure you'll find too much info on that conversion on here :( It's certainly something I wish someone would put together as an upgrade package for our cars though - new, aftermarket, improve coil pack!

Broken the news here and is the top story - 6.6 magnitude in Norcia :(

NEC Classic Car Show 11-13 November 2016

Yeah - I don't have a parking permit for this year, and it's extortionate at £12. That said, return train ticket for two of us would probably be the same so we may as well drive. -

If you fancy driving to mine, we could hop on the train. I only live a 10 minute walk from the train station :) -

I'm hoping to be there on Friday and will probably hang around at the CCGB stand most of the day :) -
Very cool :) Look forward to seeing the later style one.

I think that's just a case of GSF reading whatever is on the screen. As far as I understand it the heater matrix is a common / universal part across all models of Corrado though happy to be proven wrong on that. Valeo is a good part to use and I think was an OE supplier. I believe this is the correct model number of heater matrix for the Corrado: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VALEO-812031-Heater-Matrix-for-VW-SEAT-SKODA-AUDI-/391382035311?nma=true&si=nQADEJvkTnhR5UvX9CIrazPj8uU%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 So just buy from anywhere where you can find that exact model / code.

Father/Son Project 1991 Corrado - Engine Rebuild

Talk about a stroke of luck, finding someone so knowledgable about G60's so nearby. Result! -
How much would you want for the roof rack mate?

There's plenty of OE type replacement dampers (e.g. Bilstein B4) which will work just great - the real challenge is trying to find the correct OE springs. I've never fully understand the variety available according to ETKA with different colour coding depending on year / model. Could try popping into VW and giving them your VIN number and seeing what they come up with as the suggested spring replacement (assuming they're even available still!)

Sprinter53 - I personally appreciate that you've undertaken re-creation of obsolete / rare parts for other Corrado owners, but don't think you've handled this particular situation well. You could easily have just refunded subcool for those parts and had them returned so you could re-sell them for the correct market / region.
