Guys I think I have all the parts now and getting ready to get the car up on axle stands. I just wanted to ask one question before I start... Will the mk4 cable ends fit my o2a receivers? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

The 'All Reds' do look very well mate!

This will happen to every Corrado... just a matter of time. Mine is the same for the past 4 or 5 years. I've just got used to it tilting only Oh and before I forget... don't be tempted to keep trying as you will also scrape a couple of lines into the sunroof paintwork! You have been warned! :-)

Hi Kempy :-) In the same boat myself... just back scanning the old forum after a few years off! Good to see someone from the old skool! LOL!

Hey guys, if there's a spare collar somewhere and no-one needs it, I'll have it. I must have lost one while taking off the doorcards sometime Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Hi all, resurrecting this because I have a question. Does anyone know how to remove the inner trim covering the front wheel arches? I put sound proofing on the floor a few years back and iirc couldn't safely remove the trim around the wheel arches. Anyone know off the top of your head? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I've searched for TPS and there's about 5 carpart companies called TPS! Does anyone have the contact information for this TPS please? 😀

Then again if I needed the money, I could take 4k for it next year! Lol

I bought mine in 2001 for 9.5k with 77k miles on it. It now has 101000k miles and I've spent about 5-6k keeping it maintained. It's been in storage more often than it's been out. I thought about selling it several times over the years but now I know I'll never sell it. My boy loves it so it'll probably be part of his inheritance someday. Lol. I used to be very pickey about keeping the vw service history and stuff but now I do everything myself with it and this has rejouvinated my interest in the car. I know it's history, everything now works yes because everything broke but all the trials and tribulations along the way are part of it's character to me. I wouldn't sell mine for £20k. I honestly don't care if people think they're too cheap or too expensive. Just my 2p

You can adjust the door pins by using a 15mm spanner. If you loosen them there's about 5mm play

Brilliant ideas guys! Thanks for posting.. :-) I remember the day mine stopped working! Ironically enough it was just after I had cleaned and greased the sunroof mechanism. It was a nice summers day & I called over to my mates house. I had the sunroof wired to close when I locked the car. When I came out to the car again I noticed the sunroof hadn't closed properly & there was two scratched at the passenger side :-( I managed to get it closed and it hasn't been slid open since although the tilt still works. Hopefully it will come back into action again when I try both your methods (fingers crossed)

I think Kev has first shout!

Guys, I have everything I need to do this job. However when I dropped the fuse/relay board the layout is different from the ones given. My L connection is a red connector with 10 female pins. All the terminals have cables in them, so I was wondering if I should splice into the terminals 2 and 3. The diagrams say that the L terminal should have 8 female pins. I have a 94 vr6

Perfect... car looks 'The Business' now mate

Hey Guys, Anyone know the proper name for the alloy wheel lip? I have a set of RHZW1's 2 piece wheels (same as the forum avatar above) with one damaged lip :mad2: I had to avoid a dog that ran into the road in front of me yesterday and drive into a big pothole that I knew was there. Hey, ho, I'd do it again if I had to but I'm now in need of a new lip and don't know the best place to get one. Can anyone help?
-
Looks really good man, the wheels have a good offset & give your car a good stance. Good shot to compare the front splitters as well

If you read through the thread you can see that there are a few issues with the G60 kit. Things like 'does it have air conditioning' or 'is it the earlier or later spec'. Best to call amber performance & discuss your specific requirements. You will still get the 30% off if you mention this group buy. The 'classic matt black' is an optional extra
-
Chicken  Seriously though I thought the BRG would look good on your car. The green looks almost black in the pics so it would've been a subtle change
-
Give Amber Performance a call (0845 260 0015) & ask for Lee. Tell him you are part of the Group Buy & want a set of Blue hoses for a VR6 & weither or not you want the matching clip kit. The hoses on their own should be around £203 + P&P at £5
-
Just an update... Lee has said that they will be giving everyone the 30% discount  So if anyone was holding back to wait on the 30%, you can now be rest assured you will get it :)
