Yes air come from all vents. I close the body vents to try and increase the air flow to the windscreen which makes a slight difference but not much. Will have a look up on the wiki. Is it a dash out job or can these be repaired/replaced in situ?

Im not sure if there is something wrong or if its just the way the air flow system is on the corrado but i don't seem to be getting decent air out of the fans. when you turn the heater control to position of the windscreen the air that is coming out the vents (positioned at the front of the dash, below the windscreen) is not very strong. And in fact with the fan on level 4 the force of the air on the passenger side of the vents is barely noticeable. I had a quick look at the actual fan unit from the engine bay side and made sure it wasn't covered in leaves, which it wasn't. Although there was a shed load around it and under the ecu so gave the all a quick clean. Is there something broken or just the way it is?

Thanks for the offer but i was actually part of the group buy. Just haven't had a chance to fit them yet. Is this the 'weld' that andy has mentioned that normally breaks?

Ive had search around the forum about rattling windows but can't seem to find any pics of what it is that causes them. Mine rattle when the windows are down and you close the door. I have to be careful closing the doors with the windows open as i swear they feel like they may break. I read that is due to some part falling off/becoming detached. Just wondering if anyone has a pic of said part. Also am i right in assuming the rollers (off the group buy) are more for windows that rattle as they move up and down? Hoping to fit some front speakers today so door card will be off. Thanks Krishen

Is it not cheaper to put a new vege engine instead of rebuilding an existing one? Think they are about £2k and come with a years warrenty.

Unless you said your sending them out that day i wouldn't expect them for a couple of days. So at the earliest today. From hat you've said just sounds like they are a bit impatient. Surely paypal will see that payment was only made 2 days ago so its a bit early to raise a complaint.

Is always the way with all the cars ive had. Simple jobs that i think can be done myself turn out to be a nightmare. Keep at it. You'll get there in the end. Will be well worth it when its a nice day, lovely stretch of road and the roar of that VR puts a smile on your face. And watching the spoiler go up and down :-)

When i did mine i replaced the shocks only. Can't see what difference it makes unless the springs are knackered. Maybe if your planning on fitting lowering springs then worth doing at the same time.

Not had to replace the corrado ones yet but on my other cars ive had to push the piston all the way in in order to get the pads to fit in the caliper. Would have assumed the same with yours.

I had this issue on my car. Turned out to be the motor. Not sure if it was the actual motor knackered or the fact the previous owner fitted an early motor. Either way that was the issue with mine with exactly the same symptoms as you.

Where can you get the micro switch from? Maplins?
