    Sounds a strange one, have you got a spare coolant temp sensor to try, sounds a little complicated for it to be that but you never know! I'm a member on ukmkivs if you want I'll put a post up on there and ask if anyone has any ideas?

    Haha well there will be yes lol Mine currently has FK damping adjustable coilovers on, even if I don't like these shocks and springs the FK's will be for sale as I have a set of koni adjustables to go on mate. I'll probably be putting these on at the weekend so I'll see what the FK's are like when I get them off and get some pics if you're interested!

    Yeah I did consider some sort of virus but after a google came to the same conclusion as you! Any else have similar issues?

    This happens on my iphone too, not just with this forum though, sometimes Facebook and a couple of othe forums do it. I just assumed it was my fat thumbs accidentally clicking on an advertisement!

    Well I drove her down the road and back, couldn't get first and I didn't have anything to lock the shift tower but 2nd, 3rd, 4th and reverse work, probably just needs a bit of a tweak! It sounds awful with no exhaust and I forgot how horribly crashy it is, need to get the konis on ASAP! Also there was a bit of a funny noise coming from the engine when I got back, left it at that for now lol

    All put back together apart from the interior and the decat which doesn't fit the middle box, I'll sort that out when I can get the car a bit higher off the ground, my decent jack shat itself and the one I was using is rubbish lol Need to bleed the clutch as it must have got air in when I removed the servo, pedal just goes straight to the floor, should be doing that this afty :)

    That's the only thing I can think of that's worth trying really. If you get desperate you could try welding a piece of stainless bar to the decat, I'm not working of any proven scientific facts here but I reckon it would change the tone of the noise lol
