make sure you have provisions to bleed the new part , ive always kinda struggled to get it just right my best results have been from either using a pressure bleeder at 20psi or use a new large syringe to reverse bleed it

he's bodged that up in all honesty , all bent up orig brake lines run two lines to a bias valve and it will all work fine ...thats how non abs gols were plumbed in by vw , plus you get the added saftey of dual circuit brakes should a line burst just converted my golf to non abs

yeah i undo the red/black under the coil if you want try it on 8/9 degs and carefully check it ...they seem to run okay with some advance if you use good fuel

set to 6 degs and point at the tdc marks

id like to see a pic of the vac line route /shape on a non abs g60 if anyone can help please

yeah it wont burst into flames..light coats are best

id choose a thicker paint like smoothrite or any diy store enamel , no need for the high temp stuff it does get crazy hot , will smell a bit until its warmed up alternativly wipe it over with a oily rag

those white clips only release if you pull to the side

people have posted up tests that the standard paper filters work the best..as in filter out more rubbish which should be your number 1 concern desnorkle...theres a pipe shoved in the front of the airbox that restricts it some , you can remove it for more airflow and noise , you can also drill the bottom of the airbox for more flow /noise
