nice looking C you have there - welcome to the forum 8)
-
Like it... you'd have a job driving one in the UK though
-
yeah but mines nicer :-P [/quote:dae98] Don't get me started
-
Looks good.. reminds me of another C that looks similar to that - who's could that be
-
Mine is a bit loud but the quality and fit is spot on 8) I can live with the noise as it's only a w/e car - would be too loud for everyday though... they can make them quiet too after all it's custom so it's up to you how it is at the end of the day!

Looks like the 'rat might get saved! Opinions..

I didn't say that I know what I'm doing or have any decent tools though ;) Dave you know how many times my dad and I had the head off the mk1 - I really can't see it being any harder to do than that... plus if it's only for a week or so I'm sure they wouldn't mind it sitting on the drive - it's not like my C's there at the moment :D -

Would be a shame to break such a nice looking car... Dave I'm happy to help you with anything that needs doing - and you know you're more than welcome to do the work on my folks drive with the use of all the tools 8) Give me a buzz later and we can chew over the options... -
Top... if it's slash cut - looks a lot like mine in fact 8) The round ones won't fit the bumper cut out properly IMO! my s/s system is powerflow and was fitted by Top Gear Performance in Blazintoke!

Nice storm! The easiest way to get the M3 look would be to tint the lower half of your lights red and then lacquer it to keep the factory look shine - shouldn't set you back more than £15 8)

Biggerbigben - Golf sold.. another new project!

 after the man hours that you've put in to the interior you're still thinking about future changes! I'd go body colour TBH... I've always thought that different coloured engine bays make the car look like it's been re-sprayed and the owner couldn't be bothered to rip the engine out and do the bay... like jay's before the engine swap ;) -
like the colour and the interior - I haven't seen that cloth before 8)
-
That's looking great... I'd be tempted to go 9's on the back though 8)

New suspension v's old/worn original set up... hmmm I know what I'd be going for! If you like the way it drives now it will only get better with a new set up - you don't have to drop it loads either 8) -
White really is growing on me tbh... welcome to the forum btw 8)

Hello and welcome - you'll find loads of useful info here :D C looks nice and clean - those wheels really suit it 8)

Hello and welcome to the forum... your problems are both quite common and have been discussed on here a lot in the past! There is a search facility at the top of the page, so try searching for: Heater AND controls Door AND Handle Should come up with a fair few threads for you - I'd do it for you but am manic at work ;)

Looking gooooooooooood! top tip exhale and hold your breath before taking a photo - eliminates camera shake! Either that or take your other hand out from your pants ;)

pkripper's red G60- A few shots after a wax last week.

Damn they're very nice - have always had a soft spot for the A's! The 9's are phat 8) -
Here's some more for ya... (shamelessly lifted from the 'tex)

This works... the line where black meets red is higher and makes all the difference IMO! (It's also the only C with a smooth bumper that works rather than making it look 'special' for some reason :? )
-
My guess is that the headlights are early ones as they don't sit level with the grill - in that respect I can't see why the ealry grill won't sit right :? It must have had some work in the past as thats not the original bonet... it also looks like you have a late front bumper - I'm saying this as it seems to be sticking out slightly where it meets the arches. The late ones are wider as the arches are also wider on the late models... the easy way to tell is to look at how the line running accross the bumper and round the sides finishes. It fades out on the late bumpers and curves round just in front of the arch one the early ones. Mine should have a late bumper but has an early one due to a previous owners bodge

It's only a G60 ;)

I'm thinking it looks like this because... um... well... you removed the interior? I'd expect most cars to look like that after they'd had the interior removed! At a guess you're fitting a new interior or stereo?
