Oh another that doesn't read the thread properly before posting i am actually offering at a cheaper price mate plus including carrier's and a set of v good condition pads before trampling all over a thread have a read of it mate.And am willing to do the guy a deal as the caliper's are of no use to me.

Dox have a look at stoney's build thread (my car now) it was a G60 but i have 5stud his thread may shed some light you might be better looking at baron's thread as he has a link to stoney's.

Nowt against you trying to help out a fellow forum member but get it right mate if you had read radoboi's post properly you would see he has a valver. Anyway Euro car part's price is £90 or £75 exchange per caliper the one's i have are as good as new very little use (Lucas one's) if your interested radoboi PM me and we will sort something out but i am not giving them away.

Don't give up matey you are doing well i bought a car which had over 20k spent on it and i came across some amateur bodge's on mine it's just par for the course i'm afraid pal but you are doing well get the mk4 caliper's i have them on mine and can vouch for them and as you say at the end of your post at least you will know everything is spot on something which will make you feel better especially if you have your kid's in the car :thumbleft:

Hi Sherief, I have a late adjustable column surround if that's the one you are looking for all clip's screw fixing point's intact only damage is on the lower part at the centre fixing point.Pm me your email and i'll send a couple of pic's to let you see. James.

The discs are 5x100 so no use to you mate but for the caliper's, carrier's and pad's the postage is coming in at £16 with parcelforce so £105 pm me if your interested

Thank's to you matt for sorting it out. If it wasn't for the like's of you where would we be you have addressed a weak point that no-one up to then had taken an interest in but was obviously a weak point of the initial design so hat's off to you mate whatever you make it is deserved as you had the ball's to do it in first and deal with the hassle of getting it set up etc good for you mate if i need another or another 5 i will not hesitate. With the price's i have seen i will be renewing with them next year no doubt i only done around the 3K mark last year half what my policy allowed but these car's you might think at the beginning of the year you could see yourself doiung 5K mile's which very quickly change's when thing's go wrong or you need to do necessary maintenance.
