Bally, I read the subject and thought oh hell he's had it nicked and it's been recovered minus the RC's.

Think they're about £30.

I'd buy either the Millenium or Team.

Look at the bolt seat on the wheel, they are either radius or taper, easy to tell the difference. You can buy either type of bolt from most wheel suppliers. I bought some from http://www.trackstore.co.uk

Thanks chaps, he's sorted now.

Yeah both controllers showing the same fault code of B+ power supply. I'll be on the phone to the auto electrician again in the morning. Cheers

Bad news.............. I've changed the ABS controller today and still the light refuses to extinguish. It was a used controller so there is a chance it could be faulty but I've been assured it's ok. I'm clean out of ideas........can anyone help? I paid an auto electrician to check out the ABS system and was told it was the controller. I think I'll have another word with him. BTW new controllers are £540 + vat. This is just never ending

tafkadm, no offence mate but I've never seen a C sit so high on the side shot of your car.

I hope so cus mines going in next month. Does he do all the work himself or does he have assitants? Hope all is well Jim.

Yep. If you need to remove the handle take the screw out, grab the handle and push it toward the front of the car, it will move about 10mm. Then ease it away from the door starting at the lock end.

The screw is just inside the door.

Imagine a Audi A8 4.2L with all those electrics in about 10 years time when it all starts to fail. You better have deeeeeeep pockets  And we think the Corrado is expensive repair. -
I could get some Laser cut if I knew what they looked like.

Once I get the MOT out of the way I'll be changing my Vogtlands for H&R's. Stealth can get me in for the end of Feb. But this depends on how my MOT goes. Of course I'll report back the improvements with the H&R's.

daves16v replied to SleekG60's topic in Engine Bay
I would have thought the newer engine would be more economical what with technological advances and all that. But I've not driven either so I stop now. -
I can supply you with a repair kit.
