i had my system made at redhill. 2 years on no problem althou i asked for 2 1/2 " system . they used 2 1/2"pipe but 2" boxes cos "they didn't have any 2.5 boxes instock" whan -kers

i've had the hall sender snap off inside.. also check the water temp sensor.

i did mine in my garage. go to halfords and buy a 3 arm puller. its a bit fiddly to get it in position but posible.

i think that bit was to go between the spring and the bottom plate to put more tension on the spring..

not really. haven't had the time. been up the road to get the air out and test the coolent rad as i had to take them off to measure it all up. just need g-werks to call me back so i can book it in for the remap also been having problems with the tooth belt. been trying to ride off. but i think the alternator bearings are a bit worn. flustered. our cars are very simular in speck. and body mods.- except front bumper.

got it all in and working. 3" from the charger. throu the chargecooler right upto the throttle.. just got to change the ay blue reducer to black and all done. plus took the oppotunity to upgrade the pipe work to 19mm.

i've used them for a while. and i'm just getting my new one finished, just painting the pipe work matt black and its ready to go in. trying to go for the oe look .

i took photos last night but i managed to screw up my other laptop so cant post them. also got the focus rs chargecooler going in. didn't realise just how big they are

the best upgrade fot the 16v would be either the g60 set up., cheap. or the seat ibitza cupra r 305 set up. under 500 i already have a 5 stud conversion and the 4 pot calipers from the 305 range will fit the 323 range. so i'm thinking just discs and space out the calipers to suit. .. unless anyone has other theories
