robo22sri 10 Posted March 2, 2012 Nice bud :) What did you do to the standard rear lights? (on my iPhone can't see properly)
JonnyVW 0 Posted March 2, 2012 MUUUUCH BETTER ABS!!! =) Wheels and rear lights have totally transformed the car!
KADVR6 0 Posted March 2, 2012 15mm spacers on the front, with my brembos i only needed 3mm spacers, but the car does look much better with them fitted
Abdul 0 Posted March 2, 2012 Cheers guys. Tentonhammer the ride height is untouched freon when I had the old wheels on. Rob, your lights are on the car but red. Cheers H. Jiggaaaaa thanks man. Karl; had no choice, the 3mm's I had wouldn't clear and neither would the 6mm's. I reckon 8mm would have done it! Abdul :)
tentonhammer 10 Posted March 2, 2012 Abdul - Just realised that! Had replied to an old comment on this thread on your previous C. Ride height on this one looks spot on

sexybourbon 0 Posted March 2, 2012 Love the wheels mate there a classic in my opinion they look so good on a corrado and the lights and rear wiper removal tidy things up a treat it looks spot on ,15 mm lower on the front and i thought you was having proplems with the sump lol did you get a guard sorted in the end
Abdul 0 Posted March 2, 2012 Thanks mate.. Screw the sump lol. Going to run a plated 12v steel sump. :) ---------- Post added at 11:25 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:24 AM ---------- 15mm was the original plan btw, I'm hopin to get 20mm up front and 10mm on the rear. I can't help it.

Abdul 0 Posted March 3, 2012 Thanks mate... A few more pics: For some reason the passenger side top mount died straight after fitting new wheels Oh and the old wheels are for sale at a very reasonable £120 if anyone's interested... Cheers

Abdul 0 Posted March 3, 2012 Thanks Gareth. Need your rs' and recaro's now to finish it off lol. Are you still running the compomotives?
Rams 0 Posted March 3, 2012 Looking great mate, always liked those wheels. The wheels really make the car appear more compact, good choice.
axcel01uk 0 Posted March 3, 2012 that looks superb sits really well on those wheels and the paint work looks 100 times better. top job.
fla 9 Posted March 3, 2012 you have to come and sort out my paintwork now! Do you get any rubbing at the back?
Abdul 0 Posted March 3, 2012 Cheers Rams. Axcel, it's far from perfect but such a huge improvement it's amazing! H, pm me when your ready! All my arches are rolled flat so no rubbing otherwise I'm sure their would be issues...
Abdul 0 Posted March 6, 2012 A quick pic I snapped at my uncles house... I think it looks pretty nice side on...
DriverVR6 11 Posted March 7, 2012 Looks classy dude. That's what I like about Corrado's, when you do them good, they don't look dated.
Abdul 0 Posted March 7, 2012 Cheers mate, appreciate that. The classy look isn't usually my thing as I prefer super low, super wide and just angry. I think i'm growing up haha! On another note, I just noticed all my spokes are facing the same direction! I can never get that for photo's lol. I did a wheel spin the other day to get em facing the same way but it wasn't happening lol. ---------- Post added at 2:23 AM ---------- Previous post was at 2:20 AM ---------- As part of my growing up I'm probably going to get rid of the miltek too as i'm not a fan of the way it looks and its far too loud with the 24's raspy exhaust note. I'd really like a supersprint as the tailpipe design is killer but a new backbox alone is like £300+ so that's not going to happen! :(
