mate, looking uber clean as Usual..... Remeber seeing you around before I got my own rado, and thinking that I should be looking for a blue corrado....
  2. Cheers Guys, Always find myself looking at it and thinking I need to change everything... Nice to have a group of people telling me to leave it as is.(get the same from people at work) .. think ill stick to getting the abs working, fit lupo wipers etc for now... :) Its lowered on Eibach Springs with Koni TA shocks and has Bonrath Lowering topcaps at the front, the rear has height adjustment by some notches and is sat in the central notch at the mo... Err as far as going to get some pics in the TRL, i'll have to ask security, I work in offices in the TRL as theres a small business estate still in there ...

ah my eyes!! got nothing against yellow corrado's, but that is just too yellow, what an expensive way to write off a car.... Looking like might be an American Product so might get some info from one of the guys from over the pond on here... only found this: http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1856&highlight= alas no pics... found a minute amount of adverts selling them second hand, mainly for Bimmers and Rising Sun Rockets in the US but not that much really.... Any chance we can get an idea of your reason for asking: Did it come fitted on the car when you bought it?? or are you thinking of getting one you've found advertised new or second hand?
  5. Scum, lets hope what goes around does come around in its own mysterious way.... Keep mine in the garage but do sometimes leave it out if im being lazy... Now got some incentive to keep it in the garage, and hide the keys, especially as the house opposite was broken into a couple of days ago and their cars were taken...
  6. What engine is it running at the mo? Stripped down and rebuilt the head on my old 8v gti so got some experience there, and a friend has done numerous and i mean numerous 16v rebuilds and transplants into mk1 golfs etc... So hopefully can help on the engine front... if not may have your original lump off you to pop in another passat i know of thats donating its 2.0 16v to a mk1 golf... and got experience on the passat sus already so can help there too ;)
  7. Cheers! First two pics are at Blackbushe Airport and last one in the old TRL site, loads of cool buildings in there that are gonna be pulled down soon to accomodate another fricking housing estate.....
  8. Ah yes friend with a Vauxhall 2.0 16v mini showed me that before, think theres a guy doing the same conversion into an older mini on there too somewhere, TT dash and all.... never mess with a mini these days!!!!
  9. Hey, Few Pics of My 92 LHD Rado VR6, Contemplating keeping things like they are, just plan on maybe some 16" wheels in the summer... Similar to the Speedlines is the idea at the mo... and an arty one me mate took..
  10. sorted out the suspension (eibach springs means C was sat lower at the back?!) by fitting bonrath topcaps, ride height not higher at front than back now.... oh and fitted the koni springs to a mates 'donor' passat.. these springs were on my c when i got it, Cannot believe how low it ended up...
  11. mines just turned onto 128888km which is 80087 miles if calcs from a website are correct.....

  15. Wokingham Berks, tonight about 7pm: Red 16v (i think) L *** OYD (lloyd???)no plate, in car park where there was a Burger King until the flame grilling engulfed the whole building....
  16. My only real arrrgh moment, was when a friend got in the car, went to slide the seat back but it would't move, so pulled harder on handle, which snapped off as it was the height adjust handle not the slide back/forward handle.... Worst part was when he tried to keep it quiet by trying to hide it in the doorpocket without me noticing, the fact he tried to hide it really ****ed me off... Havent spoken to him for a while now.... Go to wales etc, Mountain Biking most weekends and interior of the car gets quite a lot of mud brought in.... no biggie, just clean it when i get back.... mud's meant to be good for the skin?! can't be doing the leather any harm.... :D
  17. replaced Ball Joints and replaced the front tyres (left tyre that had worn excessivly on the inside edge). i'd forgotten how nice it was to drive a car that doesnt pull hard to the left. :D
  18. AH, that'll be me again Zippy, although its K *** KNN, just been out to get new tyres (oh what a difference decent tyres make....) and stopped at BP in Bracknell.... :D

  22. Friend of mine selling these: http://www.edition38.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=31023 I know i'll need adapters, but offset should still be OK. Tempted, but not sure if they'll fit without arch work...??? Car lowered 35mm all round on koni shocks and eibach springs...
  23. Yes, that was me.. Hello! Your rado was looking super clean as usual... I'll duck down next time to try and confuse you more! ;)
