Henny, is the red consistant - looks a little uneven in their photos.
I'm undecided between red - like switches - or blue - like climatronic/road angel and LCDs... ;)
-
I'd be up for a set of these.
Was looking at darkening up the front (like my rears) by smoking the indicators and fogs, so these would compliment nicely.
Even better if they're a better headlight too!
Wouldn't mind the OO OO angel eyes either ;)

Some new pictures in my gallery of recent 'mods':
- new Wheels (as detailed above)
- corrado-forum.net number plate surround
Still part-way into installing the DDI dials.
They're in there - just need to sort the needle illumination plus add the blue gels to my LCDs.
-
I have the Installers version for the G4 - but not the G5.
You can download the G5 users one (lacks pulse timing, lock delay and polarity) from the Clifford US website...
-
If you're using Windows XP on your laptop you'll need to download the G5 software from Clifford - the G4 stuff is Win95/98 only- hence the COM port problem.

That's on Sunday's job sheet ;)

i perfered yr old rims too..Too?
You're the only one to say that.....
-
Looks good Andi, did you get the accompanying bloke as well? :lol:Nah, wasn't my type....
Male for a start! lol
For those of you that have no idea what he's on about - these are the pics the Mods saw first of all when I was deciding:
-
One reason I can't lower it really - else I'd have to reverse into the drive everytime - and in the dark with tinted windows - that ain't easy ;)
It was the tyre deal that threw it really.
The guy saw I was being non-committal and went for the kill ;)
Non-committal? Nah, I'm a sales person myself - just know how to do it..... I worked him :)
-
New addition.
Apologies for the camera-phone pics, but it's about to chuck it down.
Now sporting a set of TSW Lightenings with 205/40/17 Michelin Pilot Sports - all for £650 with locking wheel nuts and fitting.
Job's a goodun.
A set of 'well used' RS4 wheels with good-tread Toyo Proxies 215/40/17s will be up for sale soon if anyone wants 'em ;)
-
Rolled onto 203,000 just over a month ago... ;)

Do the zip up and tighten the elastic?
Or is that only at the weekends?

Ask for John, and mention THE Corrado Forum for a discount :)
-
Surely an ABS light in surrounding switches on the dash is easier? ;)
-
is it not just the vr6's that have wear indicaters? :oops:neil.
I ain't got 'em :(
I wait for the squeal - that's my indicator :)
-
Mine came on last winter and it was just a dodgy connection on the plug on top of the brake fluid resevoir.
Quick wiggle and it went off again (levels, etc were all fine..)

If I had personal pictures of Jay's Mrs - I wouldn't go out, mate ;)
-
"Most complicated post. Ever."
Jay - how do you keep such a fit Mrs. indoors? You hardly ever see her!! lol

My storm was on front page of Corrado club( THE SPRINTER) mag MARCH 01. wheels have changed. 8)That was the last edition wasn't it? lol
Sorry ;)
Rather pukka lookin' motor though matey!
I kinda dwarf your mileage with 203,000 miles on a clock 8)
-
Ant knows all about that, VEEDUBBED, don't worry ;)
-
Why have you spent £200+ on getting it 'fixed'?
Miltek's come with a lifetime warranty which should be upheld by the fitter!
-
Try and find a town in the UK that doesn't have speed bumps too ;)
We have mamouth pot-holes too!
Doesn't stop us having cars scraping the deck 8)
-
No probs hun.
Guy Hartley uses him, and my local alarm firm, the owner of which learnt auto-electriciany(sic) on a Corrado recommended him too since he didn't have a clue ;)
Good luck. 8)
-
IIRC, he's £50/hr.
Like I said, not cheap.
But this guy completely diagnosed and rewired my entire fuse box in 2hrs.. so... ;)
Possibly a new Volkswagen Contact I hope!

By law, no firm can force you to work a Sunday - nor can they fire you for refusing.
You need to tell them every three months that you refuse to work Sundays (religion-reasons) and there's jack they can do!
