Did you buy the kit from us or another comapny ? Our kit comprises of * belt * 4 pullies * 2 tensioners

If this isn't a simple fit for you mate i foresee problems with you running these. If you want to give me a call in the morning i will run through the correct fitting procedure that will give you no running problems as if fitted incorrectly as mike said you will go through belts.

the replace the plastic idler pullleys

Dont go Stainless Steel... If you hit a kurb you will send shocks through the centres that would be very hard to replace.. ALso have a think about unsprung weight.

It was only running on greens! I can't believe you posted this up Jim, Yans's gonna chop your balls off! Dont be fooled by colours.. limited's run greens too.

This car also ran the revised 240ps ecu as far as my sources tell me. I have seen some pictures of this in the past too. and there was also documention on this car on the old next generation dubs site which unfortunatly is no longer around.

it will contiune to come off until you replace the jubilee clip. Im sure it will be fine after that.

Yes you can fit the brembos behind the 301's with no problem. Its bloody close though ill find you a picture of some fitted.

i have also seen the spindles of said part leak before.. the butterfly should be held closed via the elbow joint and the spring is just used to aid the relese so it shouldn't be the spring that casuing the issue.. Mike i have some spare throttle bodys if you wanted to come and borrow one to elimate.

The reason for this would of been that the AMD map would of been custom written for the car. You could bever expect a second hand chip working to its full capabilities on a car that the chip was not origailly intended for.(Unless you are very lucky ad the characteristics of the motors are idetical). Somtimes trying to save a few ££ here and there can be false econmey when buyig second hand, Espically when buying Eproms.

No luck with a warranty claim then chris ? A aftermarket exhaust shouldn't of rusted through this quickly.
