  1. I think you have our pricing slightly confused here - Brand New VAG units @ £980. 2nd hand fully warrantied units from £625.00 I wouldn't by one of ebay (without prior inspection) as we have ended up with far to many expensive paperweights in the past. Regards D

  3. Looks Well Andy, I think the front needs to come down some more and the front tyres a little smaller and it would be perfect
  4. Make sure everything is seated Squarley in the recess's and there should be no sealing problems at all. I have not had to use any smaller 0-rings/sealing compounds in the past to ensure a leak proof seal.

  6. The set up you have pictured would locate on the NSF chassis let next to the header tank. What other checks have you done so we can help you elimenate this issue.
  7. I would also test the battery.. I have seen a few faliures allready with the weather change.

  10. you will have a double threaded bit of tube, Cut one of the ends of at the bottom of the thread and then screw that into the plated fitting you have giving you thread on both ends. This then screws into the filter housing and the other end attach's you oil filter.
  11. there is no need to go smaller than 68 for everyday road use... Furks is also talking shit as we would not ever sell anything smaller than 65mm pulleys. (to the public anyway :wink:)

  13. We have fitted these kits with std style rsr outlets and if you start at the outlet and work towards the intercooler it will fit fine. Any problems please give us a call to discuss.

    Which pistons/crank are you using ? the would help to determin wether or not those rods are any good to you

  18. A drop in boost is not always the only factor to consider in weather or not to get your charger serviced! Not trying to scarmonger anyone/you here but the top shaft bearigs (6002/6003) dont last as long when runnig a 68mm pulley.
  19. m8x30 and you will need 17 if you want to change all of them (upper and lower manifold) be careful when putting stainless into Ally..
  20. m6x 20 = a 6mm diameter bolt @ 20mm long.
