    oh S**t !

I have seen this happen before actually when a serpentine belt snapped and a spring had been forced of the back of the oil seal due to a pressure build up . Pop the charger off send it down and ill take care of it and have it back in the post same day.
  2. I have removed these many times and never seen one break. What i would say is worth while whilst doing the seal is to change the pulley and crankbolt. If its weeping definatly change it.
  3. Return them to the company you purchased them from yan and they will be able to advise from there mate
  4. Have you asked around on vortex about the possibilties of getting a custom map for your set-up ?
  5. i would stick with a bosch stye regulator for now. If your going to run 440's i would start you mapping @ 3bar and take it from there
  6. i dont have an 2087. i have this unit: Opcon Autorotor OA 3133 Displacement: 1.33 Litres / 81 Cubic inches / revolution Max Air Flow: 285 Litres / second; 610 Cubic feet / min Dimensions: Length: 276mm; Width: 200mm; Height: 126mm Suited for: 365 BHP / 270 kW Engines i spoke with Bilal yesturday and he told me that he has passed all your email/details on to sam in the u.s we will be custom emulating/mapping our own car not using SNS as there are no base maps for our kind of conversion.
  7. I would go for the second one without a doubt.. are the aftermarket wheels one's you would chose on the first car ? I would allways start with a blank canvas and then if you want to modify it at least it you will change it to your taste no someone elses.

    Engine Stand

I would imagine just a standard Sealey one will be up to the job
  9. Yan - if you need a fuel rail for your project we have them in stock.

    Paint code query

colour concept - jazz blue - LW5Z same colour for RS2's also
  11. you could be correct but there is definatly some kind of differance hence the part number differance... i would guess the chassis number denotes narrow track-wide track change over...Im Not 100% just thinkng out loud so could be completly wrong. Im sure there is a way to get them fitted though even if its not directly bolt on.

    A wee vid

I really enjoyed that video mate... Proper cheer'd up my day!
  13. i dont think they will be a direct fit as the offset if differant on the vr6's to the g60's
  14. do you have any power to your ecu ? i presume you have installed the ecu-pump relays into the correct position on the fuse board ?
  15. Thats why you get a leakdown test done first... /\/\/\/\
  16. Mate... tell them before they pull the head off and charge you £££'s to do a leakdown test to identify problems.
  17. G60 1215kgs - 2675lbs vr6 1272kgs - 2800ibs I could be completly wrong but for some reason these figures are in my head.
  18. i would just wait until you get to germany then buy some german g60 clocks for peanuts and do the whole sawp in under 30mins
  19. when you switch the ignition on whats happening ? any isv ? also are the injectors firing when you are trying to crank it over ?
  20. Its not uncommon for g60 to do this somtimes i would check there is no exhaust leaks though if its getting worse.
  21. do those inlet runners unbolt from your charger ? i looks about 1000 times harder to mount than mine does looking at those pictures.
  22. Fuel ecomney and this conversion cannot be put into the same sentance when carrying out this conversion. dubforce is not broken are you sure you have given the correct details mail me and i can sort this for you also.. we have a meeting planned with Bilal (uk sns guy) on friday so i will tell him to get in contact with you. they are the same injectors that i will be using on my set up also
  23. Kev- it might be worth looking into one of those filter socks if you running the air filter down in the inner arch. they use then for off road racing with great results..
