i think pics will help your cause mate

You should be able to just undo it make sure the car is stone cold though, you may have a bit of coolant come out of the top hose when you disconnect it but just cable tie it out the way and replace the elbow. Hope yours is just a simple fix as in just the elbow and o ring as when we went to replace the GF's car elbow we could see a split right down the radiator itself so had to get a new rad Good luck

Ive just got some new door lock pins (the ones the door mechanism latch onto when you shut the door) anyway undid the nut and it felt like the captive nut that the bolt screws in to was loose is that right ?? Once i take it all the way out the captive nut isnt going to drop into the door is it? Ended up tightening it up as didnt want to be able not to shut the door wimp lol!! Cheers Jon

rubber mounting part number - 535 121 275 - £3.60 each Hexagonal head bolt m6 x 15 - part number - +N 010 215 27 - 26p each As for the metal bit the bolt is stuck in maybe you can get away with drilling the remnants of the broken bolt out so you can then put the new bolt through it, if not new ones are available from the stealers
-
you can get them from vw for pence mate
-
I know you definately cant buy just the gasket from your local VW dealer they make you buy the whole aerial unit so i think most people have just bought the gasket thats in your link fella
